By far the best Chinese in the area. We've tried lots of others but always end up disappointed and wishing we'd just gone to Westpool. Good sized portions and the staff are always really friendly.
The worst food I have had in over 30 years from a takeaway in Wolverhampton if was bland and just. Taste of grease and over used or dirty oil was ready in 3. Minutes?
The guy there today with all the piercings was rude and gave me dirty looks for no reason even tho I smiled at him. Honestly I think he needs to be nicer to customers or shouldn’t work in a hospitality and catering business because it was down right disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to feel comfortable ordering there without feeling judged. Do better!
Always used this takeaway, however sad to say this will be the last . Waited 2 hours from time of order placed . Tried to ring takeaway but constantly engaged . Finally got through and tried to cancel order , was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner stating if I cancelled I would be blacklisted . Haha great customer service that , it’s ok because after today’s experience I wouldn’t want to spend any of my hard earned cash on a company that doesn’t care about its customer service or customers . There’s plenty more good takeaways around . Hope there’s more customers to line your pockets especially in today’s society where financial crisis is taking a toll on the average household. Good luck to you ! If I were you I’d invest in good staff to keep the customers you have and don’t over promise and under deliver .

Very nice meals, nice customer care service
Credit where credit is due! Order special curry, chicken chow Mein , sweet and sour chicken balls, fried rice and chips. The food was cooked fresh, tasted lovely and the whole family enjoyed their meal and was delivered quickly.
We only ever order our Chinese from here and have done for 20 years. Their food is always excellent, delivered correctly as per order and on time. Looking forward to tonight’s meal!
Amazing, I went in to order as phones were mega busy (always a good sign), totally worth it, I haven't ordered from here for years and now I won't go anywhere else the food was freaking awesome! The guy on reception is friendly aswell :)
Called 14.06.2021 to order a Chinese to collect. Before I ordered I was informed to wear a mask upon collection. Due to health reasons, I have an exception card. Which I informed the man on the phone. I was informed that this would not be good enough and I must wear a mask regardless of an exception card or not. Totally unexceptional. My regular Chinese restaurant, letting me down and unapologetic in the process. West pool... Its a no from me!!
