Please don’t order from here. Awful experience and food. Omelette was full of water chips was over cooked and heated up. BBQ sance tasted disgusting. Used to love this Chinese defo won’t be back. When I rang up they were rude and shouting down the phone at us
Great food. but delivery driver waited outside & did not deliver to my door & refused to enter building which i found very strange as everyone else rigs bell & deliver to my door as the restaurant states. First time for everything i suppose.
Regular customer of fans. Placed a online order at 6.00pm food came after 8.00pm after 3 phone calls to be told the food had left with driver. When food arrived we were very disappointed food was warm as if been cooked & kept warm. No apology after numerous phone calls Time to find a new Chinese takeaway.
We always have nice food from here. All meals we've tried were hot, fresh and well prepared. The food has never made us ill and they recently got a 5 star food hygiene rating which is honestly very rare in many Chinese restaurants so we are always happy to get food from here. Prices are good, quality is good, we recommend this place to our friends who have used other local Chinese takeaways and had bad experience in terms of quality from them. Well done Fans. Online ordering is easy too and isn't tied into Uber or the like.
Ordered a meal at 7.45 pm phoned asking where it was at 9.10 pm they said was just being done and couldn't tell us a time because they couldn't get in touch with driver. Don't bother unless you don't want your food in 2hours time. JOKE !!
Having read positive reviews we tried this take away for an evening meal but sadly we were extremely disappointed. We ordered a selection of dishes and provide the following personal assessment. Mixed starter. The ribs were dry and tasteless. The prawn toast was tasteless. The mini spring rolls and samosas were both tasteless and absent of any content. The szechuan chicken had a slight hint of chilli (nothing more) but the chicken texture was like eating cheap rubber. The whole dish was a huge disappointment. The deep fried crispy shredded beef in a chilli sauce was the joker in the pack. It had no taste of chilli at all and was more like sweet and sour. I dissected the majority of the "crispy beef" and could find no hint of beef at all. It seemed to be no more than crispy batter. The roast pork fried rice was in fact good and a dish. I would eat again, but as a compliment to the other main dishes it was the only passable food. The prawn crackers were a freebie but other than the expected texture were tasteless. Sadly we will not order a takeaway again. The food was volume rich but quality poor.
Lovely meal but waiting time far to long nearly 2 hours from ordering !!
if i could give zero stars i would, mess up our order so we ring back up as we only live 2 minute walk away, person who answered was very rude (the person who took the order) told me that it was her mistake but there’s nothing she can do about it. we spent nealry £30 to get our meal of no meat plain chow main and fried rice was vile, i will never order here again, did nothing to help us, if there case they don’t care about making the customer happily, doesn’t not matter to them all about the money not making the customers happy, stay clear if i was you!!!
Omg can’t rate this Chinese any less. I’ve been going for years and it’s the best that I found. It’s honestly so good. Great customer service too. Always so happy to go there. Wish I could give more stars.
