    The standards have slipped. Some of the chicken that I’ve been served in recent meals has been poor! Cubed squares of chicken that obviously came out of the freezer! It’s insulting to the customer! Compare that to Mr Wok who serve freshly prepared meats with their meals. Historically I’ve always rated this take -away. But some of the dishes the past year have been poor. Frozen & reheated meat is poor. Watery sauces.

    The large munch box sent me straight to another dimension. The portion is outrageous and every bite felt like heaven. Some might say it is a bit salty but that is exactly what makes it so tasty. I asked for extra and to make it spicy and they sorted me out. Service was quick and the staff were spot on. Cannot recommend it enough. If you have got the munchies, grab one of these and brace yourself for a food coma of biblical proportions.

    Probably the best Chinese we have had in Plymouth. Have lived here nearly a year and finally found our household Chinese. Really good portions, the food itself tastes fresh, not slimy and full of flavour. They also take card payment at the door on delivery which is so handy!

    Visited on new years day just after they opened for the afternoon. Incredible service, they do not get a second off the phone/ serving customers and always quick and friendly service with taking the order. Great local family business and you can tell they care about serving the community great food. Absolutely delicious, loved the chilli king prawns they were absolutely massive as were all the portions. Thank you so much far east kitchen there's a reason your phone never stops ringing with orders. SUPPORT LOCAL PLYMOUTH BUSINESSES!!! I would give 6 stars if I could.

    The food from these guys and ladies is a straight 10/10, customer service also a 10. Never had anything but good food from here. We are foodies and order from a lot of different Chinese takeaways but this place is every time amazing. Honest delivery times too. Salt and chilli dishes, rice and crispy chilli beef along with various other things we've tried is truly unmatched in plymouth. 10/10 highly recommended.

    Yuk!! This place has gone down hill... Been ordering from this takeaway for years, will not be eating from here again. Food took almost 2 hours to arrive, and when it did I wish It hadn't. Over cooked prawns, watery curry, over cooked egg fried rice. This is the 2nd time in a row the food has been at this standard.

    Been going here for years now they never put a foot wrong it’s always bang on with perfect portion size no skimping, all the tastes and flavours and more than a reasonable price for the quality you get. The crispy chilli chicken is a must try if you you ain’t had it seriously give it a try you won’t be disappointed

    The munchie box sends me to an ethereal plane of existence, after a long heavy week working a fat scran from the far East kitchen will send any man or woman to an extreme state of euphoria. I don't know what I did in my previous life to exist in the same city as this restaurant. Missus is happy, saved my weekend Xx
