Absolutely loved this restaurant! The steak was juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly medium rare. The sides β roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes β were flavorful and comforting. The service was fast, and the staff made sure everything was just right. Itβs clear they care about every guest.

Last time I visited, I was 17 or 18 with my father. This time I attended with my partner, we had already decided takeaway but upon arrival. Was greeted so warmly, we decided to stay for the meal and dine in. Had decided the meal as well, well the started changed, we knew our curries but after speaking with the attendant - we choose a different starter Momo ( soft, curried dumplings) and before the Momo starter. We had 3 poppadoms and the chutneys, which of course we finished. Then the Momo came out and we shared, 2x each and wow. At first I thought I needed chopsticks lol, the dumpling was so soft when transferring it slightly came apart but the aroma completely took over. Perfect balance of flavour, filling and I have to say - I would order the Momo as a main on its own. My favourite, main is Keema and I love this dish. The take on the keema here was sensational, I loved the peas and was not overwhelmed by onions but by original flavour. I had so much, when I mixed the rice in - i had two meals. My partner ordered the Rum Rum, this was flavourful, excellent portions of lamb and first time he choose a different curry. Also the attendant, came over and explained the dishes and the country behind these. We are even looking at traveling abroad to visit, forgive me for forgetting to take the pictures of the mains but when the mains arrived. We just started eating straight away, and silence reigned complete while devouring the food. Yes the bill was Β£58, but 2 starters, two mains and two pilua rice (in honesty, 1 rice for us both would of been enough) and a single Southern Comfort with lemonade, plus a pint of cobra. We are coming back again and I have found a local, that I'm happy to order from on take away or dine in. A fantastic night, this is not a modern restaurant and the decor is not up to date but I would eat in this restaurant than in the city centre for higher prices and smaller portions. Families are welcome, and their is room for a gathering, believe you and me - it is worth every penny.

We have been here many times and used to love this restaurant, but not anymore. This time we were the only customers in the restaurant, which felt sad. The decor looks more and more run down, and the food is now disappointing: the tikka masala was sweet (like a red coloured korma), the samosas were bland, the chicken was rubbery, and the popodums (that we didn't ask for but were charged for!) only came with 3 mild sauces. Another victim of the economic crisis?

Great food and service. The food was slightly less salted but cooked to perfection. Worth a try!

Sadly not as good as it used to be. Service was excellent but the food was poor, starters were just ok but the main curry dishes were a disappointment they were spiced but lacking any real flavour, very disappointed

Went in for an unplanned meal one Saturday night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Didn't have starters, just popaddoms and mains and it was delicious. My Nepalese curry was hot and tasty and the other dishes looked good too. Speedy and friendly service and reasonably priced too.
