This was amazing the food was so nicee and I highly recommend the popadoms with sweet chilli sauce it was the best thing I ever tried.
The food tasted nice but, for the third consecutive time, was luke warm. We collected at the time booked but it's apparent that the food had been cooked and bagged sometime before the collection time. As this is a reoccurring issue and it's no big deal to offer hot food, we probably won't order again. As an update today, Khans have offered an apology and acknowledged this issue doesn't meet their standards and that they will address it with the kitchen accordingly. This is appreciated
Absolute joke orderd a delivery after an hour waiting rang up and asked how long me food was going to be he said another 45 mins...if ya want wait this is the place
Shocking. Ordered Saturday 12th. Food is horrendous. Prawn poori bland and a king prawn cut in 4 wow. Raita split, tasteless, lumpy and unappealing. Lamb chops smothered in tandoori spice, no flavour in the meat. 2 lamb chops is all made to look like 4 as they cut in half and ding in the microwave which is poor. Mixed grill once again smothered in tandoori spice ti give at least some form of flavour. Never return. AWFUL
Who ever was in charge tonight had tried to con me out of paying more for the curry. I placed an order via the phone at 5:37 for 5 items. The delivery arrived 2hrs later (much longer then I was told). The delivery driver then asked for £31 which i was shocked at. After asking to see the receipt I could see no pricing was on there just the items. I then had to go online to go through each individual item with the driver to find it should have only cost £24. The driver to his credit was very helpful but whoever took my call and tried to overcharge me has left a very bad taste. I also play for Caythorpe Cricket club which has its perk of a usual 10% discount not being overcharged and conned.
Wish I could give them 10 stars. One of the best Indian takeout me and my partner have had, we have moved house 6months ago and still drive 30 mins to collect from here won’t ever go anywhere else!
Had a butter chicken dish tonight. It’s the worst Indian takeaway. Hardly any chicken , no veg, tasteless sauce and arrived cold. Even the popadoms were limp and not crispy. So sorry to give such a bad review but it was not good at all. Husband had Tandori mixed grill which was luke warm and rather tasteless , but just ok .After calling them the next day to report the issues, they said they would call me back to discuss as they were too busy at the time. Still no call back five days later! What does that tell you?
Everything is good about the Takeaway except the food. Such a shame. It should be much better but just misses the mark, based on a few visits over the last year.
Really delicious food. We had 3 dishes; chicken bhuna , lamb balti and chicken passanda and they really were so tasty and decent portion sizes, recommended
First time tryin Khans & I’m sorry to say but it was the worst Indian I have ever had! Everything about the taste was awful! The only good thing about it is how it looked on the plate, & that’s only worth the 1 star I’m afraid! Chicken was tikka style scraps The “butter chicken” curry as a whole was just awful. The Lamb Rogan was somewhat tasteless & the veg was not cooked! The rice was colourful & it was the only thing that brightened up the plate! Sorry guys but I won’t be ordering again! If you’re looking for a decent Indian please try indigo or spice - they are far superior! I’ve never been more disappointed & everyone eating is unfortunately In agreement It was the worst takeaway meal I’ve had in a long time & by far thee worst Indian I’ve ever eaten
