   I ordered fish and chips from here, expecting to get fish and chips, but what on earth is this.. pure batter with very minimum fish, and the size of it! This is more like a 3 year olds kids meal!! WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Very deceiving! I also rang the shop to give special instructions which they totally ignored! Tastes disgusting aswell! This is not what you call fish and chips this shop is a pure scam!

   HORRENDOUS SERVICE The call handler took order, they made Error on Pizza, person who took order then blamed me for mistake, Got abusive and swearing at myself. I was told to call Mr Kareem by the delivery driver who witnessed the disgraceful service. Been a customer for 8+ years, the other employee was always a great guy to be served by.

   DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER. WAS MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER WHICH GOT DELIVERED WITH JUST EAT, TRIED RINGING THE RESTURANT FOR OVER A HOUR COULDNT GET THROUGH SAID LINE IS BUSY NO WAY WAS IT BUSY THERE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR PHONE TO TOP IT OFF THE CHIPS THEY GAVE ME WELL SHOULD I SAY THE CHIPS WITH MOSTLY THE DRIED END CRUSTY BITS TO MAKE UP A PORTION ! WELL HERE IS FOR THE GROSS BIT IT HAD A BEARD HAIR IN !!!!!!!!!! A SHORT BLACK BIT OF BEARD HAIR ! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I HOPE THIS REVIEW CAN HELP ANYONE TO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE I DID !!

   A great value meal and a nice enough environment to enjoy a cheap meal and easy with family members Chips were lush and the fish burger was one of the best I've had from this kind of cuisine. Staff were friendly and the food was great value. I had a fish burger with chips and my gran had a good portion of a bed of chips, a decent layer of lamb doner meat and a good helping of lettuce, onion's and Cucumber on top. These filled the large portion boxes they were served in. I also had a can of 7 up and all of this was for £7. Excellent value. Great job guys, you all deserve awards in my opinion. Thanks for the excellent food and comfy seats.

   Dry, horrible chips. I think that they had been there for a long time. Drying out under the hot lights I had sausage and chips. Only the sausage was edible. My son had cod and chips. The batter on the cod was dry and the fish inside wasn't nice at all. The chips were the same as mine. We also ordered a kabap with salad. I don't know how old the cucumber was. It was limp and slimy. The meat was cold. It's not the worst chip shop I've ever been in. That is in Newark. It's bad enough though. I'm sorry to give a bad review, but this place wasn't very good.

   Disgusting! After almost 2 hours waiting and 2 phone calls we got the order which was cold, everything was smashed and was flowing in the oil. Of course they don't pick up the phone now. Don't order food from this place!!!
