Ordered a burger with bacon, pepperoni and paid an extra 70p for a cheese topped bun. The bacon was beyond recognisable it was that burnt and the bun had no cheese on it at all. I have photographs as proof. This place is dreadful!
Took about 2 hours to come, rang the shop and all he kept saying was 5 minutes. Food came freezing and didn’t even look edible. Disgusting
Used to order from them all the time, but will never order again. Firstly, my food was 35 minutes late, which isn’t a huge issue as it was a Saturday night and I would have let this slide. Secondly, my order was wrong I recieved popcorn chicken and chips when I’d ordered Jack Daniel’s popcorn chicken. The delivery driver was a lovely guy and tried to help me out as much as possible. I gave him back the popcorn chicken and chips as it wasn’t on my order, apparently they had run out of the sauce but failed to communicate that with me so just presented me with the wrong order. I next rang the restaurant to explain I wanted a full refund due to my food being cold, wrong and late. I was told my order was correct and they wouldn’t issue me a refund. The “manager” was extremely rude and spoke over me causing me to have to raise my voice. He then asked me if I had “finished speaking” and that I was “going on and on like a bbc radio” and that I was “yappa, yappa yapping” when I told him he was being extremely rude he said “of course because you are an angel”. The customer service here is beyond shocking. I am now waiting for the driver to come back and collect the correct food (onion rings and curly fries) so I can be issued with a full refund. I will never order from here ever again. Well and truly disgusting service.

Ordered a takeaway for the family on Boxing Day most of the order was good however one chicken burger was awful and wouldn’t of made it oast any quality check by the cooks

By far the best takeaway delivery service in Nottingham. I’ve ordered so many times now that I must leave a revie. The pizza are literally made with love. The quality is everything! My fave takeaway plus the delivery guy is such a vibe!
