Honestly the best food of this cuisine in Nottingham. Great vibe with plenty of food options that definitely helped since I am a vegetarian. Service took maybe 5 minutes and I waited the normal time for this good of a meal. Atmosphere was calming and was very easy to talk a nice conversation.

We asked for a recommendation for two of us. The recommendation was a broth - however they then insisted on 7 add ons each which consisted of frozen crab sticks, frozen prawns, and rolls of ham. The total came to £71 for two people - which is why I can now see they recommended it.

Fancied a chinese for lunch so came by this place for a quick fix. Ordered the Xinjiang lamb and stewed vermicelli noodles with pork meatballs. The lamb was very well, but overpowering without rice and more other dishes. The noodles were nothing to get excited about and the meatballs seemed close to the ikea meatballs. Probably better ordering the a la carte in larger group with a variety of dishes + rice. Will still consider coming back to try the hot pot, since the restaurant was fairly comfortable.

Ordered hot pot with half lamb and half chicken broth. Food took a while to arrive. No atmosphere in the restaurant. Would be good to have some music playing in the background. They had a water dispenser and tissue box on each table which was different. The food was good but service and atmosphere could have been better.

That was the most authentic, full of flavour experience in England-placed chinese which I have ever had. I don't know what, but the mix of spices, ingredients or whatever makes it feel exactly like the one which I had traveling to China. A little expensive but the portions are well above for one person. The one you have to try

The food was really good but can be on the oily side. Overall good experience and will come back again!

Something from the restaurant gave me violent nausea and vomiting. Avoid. I had some tripe, aorta, duck tongue, and beef roll. I also had pig ear salad, which I found was a bit too sour. For sauce I had sesame sauce with corrander. The owner was friendly. However, it's quite pricey. They charged for the meat and the sauce. In addition, the tomato soup base was strangely sweet. Like it's made using ketchup and not tomato.

Delicious food - some very hot if you like spice. It's good value and the staff are very friendly. The hot pots are a unique way to eat - ideal if you fancy something a bit different.

A little gem in Beeston. Being a big fan of all authentic chinese, particularly hot pot it wasn't a case of "if" I'd ever try Hot Pang but rather "when". Everyone should try Szechuan hotpot at least once in their life - if not for trying a variety of new and exciting flavours (particularly "mala" / numbing spicy) then you should definitely go for the experience. Hot Pang might be a touch more expensive than the usual Hotpot restaurants dotted around the country (notably the all you can eat ones). But the quality of their ingredients, broth and family atmosphere really makes it worth it. "Must gets" include the Marinated Shredded Potato and Szechuan Numbing Broth! Would absolutely visit again, even better with friends!
