   A truly fantastic restaurant. Myself and my partner have been going here for a 3 years now, and have loves it since the first time we visited! Fantastic food, reasonable prices (especially the Sunday buffet!), amazing atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff. In particular, Maria has always been so lovely to us and all the many friends we have brought each time. I would highly recommend this incredible gem of a restaurant!

   We went on a Sunday lunchtime and it was busy with a few big groups but we managed to get a table for 2. There is a buffet on Sundays or you can choose off the menu. We had the buffet. There was a good choice of meat and veggie dishes along with poppadum and chutneys. All of the food was piping hot and the trays were replenished regularly. I thought it was very good value at £17.95 pp. The staff were really friendly and obviously knew some of the diners as regulars. The owners are motorcyclists and there are a few big motorbikes in the restaurant. There is a bar in the same building and you can buy drinks from there and bring them in the restaurant. This is a big plus for cask ale drinkers.

   Exceptional food and service. Amazing atmosphere and the whole restaurant truly reflects the Nepalese culture. The entry felt like entering a temple, the decoration represented the diversity of Nepalese culture and the Harley’s reflected the passion and dedication of Andeep and his success in representing Nepal in worldwide platform. Will never miss the opportunity to visit Gurkha kitchen when visiting Nottingham.

   Pre-booked and had a spacious corner table reserved. Quirky restaurant with high ceilings and a mix of decorations, including traditional Nepali garments, Harley bikes and memorabilia etc. Service prompt and the buffet offered a variety of options. Always refilled, and staff were careful to keep area clean. The buffet was very tasty, with a variety of meat, mainly chicken, and one lamb, and several vegetarian options. The Dall was excellent as weee several of the Nepalese chicken dishes. Among the best naan bread and poppadoms we have tasted in a long time.
