   We chose to celebrate my birthday at Bramley’s and it really made the day special. We were greeted by Alex at the desk who was warm and attentive, making sure we were comfortable. We chose the Scallops and the Beef Tartare starter, each presented so beautifully and tasted divine - flavours so incredibly well balanced. For mains we had the Chicken Ballottine and the Pork Loin which were, again, beautiful. The meats were tender and so tasty. For my birthday, the chefs brought out a lovely birthday dessert plate which made the whole experience more personal and intimate. I will definitely be returning - thank you to all of the staff for making my birthday so special.

   It was such a great experience to be in Bramleys. Very nice service and amazing foods. We were welcome warmly and the interior of the restaurant looks stunning!. The waitress put attention to details, checked the quality after the food was served, and paid attention when the glass was empty and needed to be refilled with the water. One thing that this restaurant needs to do is a big marketing effort, you need to advertise it properly, you have nice food selections, nice presentation, excellent staffs, however it can be expected that people wont know this restaurant as it is located a bit hidden inside the campus. People wouldn’t expect that there is a nice restaurant inside. So it must be a big taskto advertise and do a marketing job to attract people here.

   We’ve just had the most incredible meal at Bramleys, Nottingham. The food was outstanding! Fresh ingredients cooked to perfection! My son had the cod, husband had the lamb belly and I had the Artichoke dish. We all had the speciality dessert. The service was amazing and the meal flowed very well. Will definitely be back!

   Although it is very rarely full, this place never manages to deliver food on time. And if you do receive a meal, it is invariably bland and cold. It wouldn't be so bad if the prices weren't so eye-watering.

   Visited Bramley's for a business lunch and it was not an experience I wish to repeat in a hurry. Service was incredibly poor, although it wasn't very busy. There seemed to be plenty of waiting staff around but they were all just congregating around the front desk rather than taking orders or asking people if they wanted more drinks etc. When our order was finally taken, it took over an hour for the food to arrive. The Greek salad was ridiculously overpriced and the dressing and the bread we ordered with it did not arrive until we were almost finished. Due to the food being so late, some of us had to move meetings in the afternoon. I did complain to what seemed to be the floor manager but felt rather fobbed off. There was no real solution offered and we were just being told that next time would be better. I felt incredibly sorry for all the students and their families who had chosen to come to Bramley's after Graduation, I do hope it did not spoil their day too much. I for one won't rush back...

   Overpriced, barely average food (had to send cold chips back to the kitchen) and food generally tasted bland for dinner. When I asked what was in the vegan burger, the waiter said they don't know and didn't bother to find out. Hotel breakfast was sad with par-boiled mushrooms. Overall very disappointing, especially given the price you pay!
