It’s small, but the food is great! The guy works very hard to accommodate you and you do have to wait for your food, but it’s well worth the wait! Only point I would add is take your own drink including soft drinks because the soft drinks choices is limited and there’s no alcohol on sale!

As Gurkha Nights is still closed, we thought we’d give this place a try — but unfortunately, we won’t be returning. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I felt I needed to this time. Our order took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. The chicken korma was completely tasteless and missing the extra mushrooms we requested. My husband’s mixed kebab came as a dry keema naan with what looked like a toddler-sized portion of meat inside. The chips were pale and soggy, and the onion bhajis were extremely greasy. My chilli chicken was very dry, the rice was hard and clumpy, and the poppadoms arrived with no dips. Overall, really disappointing — we won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend this Indian to anyone.

Food was good in places. Tasty and right amount, but certain things didn’t work. For example; a cheese nan bread, should contain cheese and not been microwaved and bought pre packed! Bad points: no music. Sat there as a couple and its was uncomfortable!! ( You might think that we should be talking to each other to Get the atmosphere going, but we did, but it was still annoying. There’s not a drop of sound in that place other than the microwave you can hear in the kitchen). Another bad point is the fact they give you one pink napkin. You are sitting there all night with poppadom and pickle tray, A greasy starter and then all your mean and stuff. It did add him because I couldn’t put anything on my lap. Improve the simple things

Came here whilst staying overnight locally. The food was amazing! Best curry I've ever experienced. The young lad was very attentive and made sure he looked after us. Would recommend. Shame it's so far from home for us. Otherwise, we'd be back.

Bring your own beer! Great service, good prices, great food. Eager staff who are willing to change the ingredients slightly to suit your taste. Excellent Christmas day venue too.

Food was delicious, seats approx 25-30 people maybe. It's take your own alcohol so helps massively on the what you spend. Had a prawn puri to start, friend had mushrooms and another had onion bahji. For mains we had lamb Methi rice's and naan breads. Would definitely go again service was excellent they are very friendly in there.

We wasn't planning on eating here but the place we were going to was closed for a private function. So glad we decided to try Spice & Suave! Nice atmosphere, good service and friendly staff. The food was very tasty and good portions too. Take your own drinks, the hubby popped to the local shop for wine and beer. We will definitely be walking to this lovely local restaurant again.
