This has been our go to chinese takeaway for years and have always loved it. Our friends who have had it with us have said how lucky we are to have this nearby. We ordered off the new menu last night and we're very impressed. The food was delicious, and the new options were brilliant additions especially the dumplings set. Service was excellent.
Only been 3 time's and can't say anything bad about the food. Aways picked up never had a delivery as I see most some of the bad reviews are about delivery. Was told there's a new owner that taken over some time ago. They have a new menu that's different from the standard one looking forward to trying it out soon
Ordered and arrived earlier than expected which was great. Food was excellent will certainly order from them again. Only criticism was that it could have been a little hotter but overall good food and good service
Online ordering was simple, food ready right on time (try not to arrive early) and the salt & pepper chips and mushroom udon were absolutely delicious! So good we were naughty and ordered again the next day!
A typical Chinese takeaway serving excellent food at a reasonable price. Never had to wait too long and the food has always been well cooked, perfectly seasoned, and generally tastes great. The usual selection of menu items with really good combinations on the set meals list
This could be the best takeaway in Beeston if they left the sugar alone. We went here for food about a year ago but had to throw it away as it was so sweet (prawns and mushrooms). We vowed never to go back but unfortunately our usual takeaway is closed so we thought we’d try Hot Wok again. Unfortunately, we’ve had to throw the food away again as it is so sweet it’s like eating syrup - even the chips! I have never experienced this problem with a Chinese meal and am left wondering why they have to use sugar. The food is well cooked and hot but too sweet.

My first time at Hot Wok recommended by a friend. It was cooked to perfection and delivered so quick my crispy beef was still crispy and hot. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Their menu have a good selection will be coming here from now on.
