   We ordered Garlic Chicken from Balti and were pleasantly surprised that they added rice a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciate. However, the main dish was quite disappointing. There were only 5 very small boneless chicken pieces in the curry, and the rest was mostly tomato purée. For the price and expectation, this was not worth it. We were excited to try something new, but unfortunately, the quality and portion of the chicken were far below what we had hoped for. Lowered another star for your rude “smart” reply. My review is honest, anyone can go and try, Instead of improving you blamed customer clearly a pattern in your other low reviews. £17.60 for such a small portion is not worth it. Learn some manners, fix the issues and run it professionally. Not Recommend.

   Every time I go there the food exceeds expectations. I always get the lam chops nd with them being pan fried there's no were for the flavour to escape. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, quick delivery's and quality food what more could I ask for!!

   Ordered platter 4 fully loaded, lamb tikka karahi, hot lamb, chicken tikka madras and other sides, customer service was great & all food was excellent, ready on time and by far one of the best authentic indian/pakistani business’ in Nottingham. Would highly recommend, particularly if you like mixed grills!

   Used to be the best for their kebabs than anywhere else, totally gone downhill. Ordered chicken tikka kabab online, came with just chicken tikka wrapped in a nan, no salad!! Didn't even have the option to add salad or even any sauces with order. Very disappointing as very dry, and plain, don't know what's happened

   Over 2 hours late, customer service appalling, lied about being on its way and loads of excuses about being busy. I will say when food arrived finally it was correct , hot and very tasty.
