Food quality is great. The menu looks nice and I really appreciate that they do a lovely decaf coffee. However, it's very busy and we were lucky to get a table so quickly. It's got a good and atmosphere, the stables echo and create noise bubbles.

Extra charge for plant milk, otherwise good service. Quite behind the times now in continuing to charge extra 40p for plant milk (and would question the justification for doing so). The lunch I had this last time was very average and not up to their previous standards - my friends said their cakes were good. Service was as good as ever - great outdoor space. No longer my favourite cafe in the area - I hope they can give the questionable extra charge policy a re-think....

Mulberry Tree Cafe is very popular place for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee and great selection of cakes.Would definitely recommend the quiche, choice of 3. It gets very busy. If the weather is good, there is plenty of outdoor seating. Our order did get lost, so had a slight delay otherwise its 5star all the way.

Wonderful cafe in the stables of Strelly Hall. Best full English breakfast that I've had in a long time - quite expensive but it's worth it. Plenty of parking. Lovely craft shops and an art gallery to look to round. Fast service and friendly. Can get busy on Saturday morning.

Loved it. Set in the old stable block, retaining original features makes for a quirky and attractive venue. The food and drink ordered for our informal family brunch was tasty and generously portioned and we didn't feel rushed and the staff were very friendly. There's plenty of seating outside also, and the bonus of having the lovely gift shops and gallery attached to visit. We went when the weather was nice, so also took a leisurely stroll around the estate gardens in the sunshine and enjoyed the surrounding views. Will visit again

Hard to find but worth looking for. Large cafe in quaint little courtyard with other cute shops and galleries. We only had a coffee so can’t comment on food although the selection of cakes did look nice. As others have said the service is quite slow, but staff are friendly and cafe present.

The Mulberry Tree Cafe is part of the old Strelley Hall stables. The food is outstanding and reasonably priced. The public use it everyday even though it is off the beaten track because of its reputation for good dining. At times it may pay you to book a table before the day of visiting as booking on the day is before 9.30 am. There are a few gift shops nearby for you to browse in, plus an old style sweet shop, gallery and a teddy bear repair shop. Enjoy the experience you will not be disappointed
