food was forty five minutes late and no way to get through on the phone. however niko really changed round the experience with amazing customer service - he was very polite and even texted us after telling us to enjoy our food. without niko I would’ve rated 2 stars- love u niko wishing u a promotion x
this restaurant decided to not answer the phone after numerous calls to said branch. However after our disappointment of that Niko really changed it around for us. He created us with politeness and wished us to enjoy our meal and even sent us a message to enjoy our food. Niko should be promoted or should run the place as he knows what excellent customer service is x
My son and I order from here a lot, always tasty whether it is pizza, kebab or meal dinners. Well cooked and plenty. Not overpriced. Very good delivery service too.
0 stars if I could. Sent raw chicken. When I rang to talk about it they wanted to send me another one. Definately not after you’ve sent me fully raw chicken. Told the man on the phone I want a refund, he said because it’s done through deliveroo I have to go through them, fair enough. But, I couldn’t as it was still saying my order was being delivered, tried to explain this to the guy on the phone and he just hung up. Disgusting.
I think people have very poor standards if they are giving 5 star food for this place. It is completely average with its kebabs. I hadn't ordered from this place in months, so gave it another go, and now i remember why. Ordering a mixed Chicken and lamb shish paying £9.30, here's a summary of the food: - tiny cubes of chicken and lamb, totalling 250grams. - The naan is awful, dried, thin, stale. - hardly any salad. Its utterly average, i'd say below average, for £9.30. See for yourself with the photos. There has got to be better places than this in Long eaton/west notts, surely. what are the positives? it looks clean, it has a 5 star hygeine rating, and the guys behind the counter are friendly and welcoming. Shame the food is not up to the same standard.
Absolutely lovely Kebabs..this place has really gone up! Huge portions..well presented..drivers are so nice..on time as always.

I would give it one stars if I could. I was missing an item from my order, the garlic bread pizza crust was burnt and it was full of grease. I also ordered a korma, which is supposed to be a mild curry and this korma was anything but. It was far too spicy and the chicken was dry. The chips were soggy and tasted stale and the chicken nuggets weren’t good either. Will not be ordering from here again.
Order a tikka kebab bbq chicken pizza and chips , they sent me a Donna kebab with a small bit of tikka under it. Which wasn’t very warm almost cold and wasn’t what I had ordered . The chips was also cold. However the bbq pizza was nice .
Ordered veg masala and rice with peshwari nan through Uber Eats 29/11/20. Ooh lovely taste. Hot food and quick delivery. Nice portion size and nan was very filling. Lovely tasty food. Thankyou.
