All this marketing from the fast food chains to get people to use their apps, and this place doesnβt allow you to redeem offers. I thought it might be because itβs a service station, but KFC next door does allow you to redeem offers and the colonels chicken is better than BKs soggy burgers too

The food is fine, but the girl at the till working the late shift today at 17:50 with the shein flower clip was very rude. She put our food messy in the bag spilling the fries. She squashed our bags and slammed them on the counter. The kids meal was not separate from everything else. She did not even ask if we wanted sauces but we watched her ask everyone else. We couldn't see her name tag to name her here. very dissapointed.

After having a really good quality burger meal at Weatherley Services, I thought I'd stop off at Trowell and have the same on the way home. This has to be the worst food Ive ever tasted. Chips were 'just' cooked but not crispy. The Wagyu burger was limp, the crispy onions on the burger were floppy and the bun was limp. Never tasted anything so poor in my life, that was until I tried the Onion Rings I "treated" myself to...big mistake. These Onion Rings honestly felt like they had been cooked the week before and then recooked today. Rubber would have been easier to chew. Avoid this Burger King...they need to seek out some quality assurances and training from either Head Office or the Weatherley staff. Sorry I hate posting bad reviews but for the price this wasn't acceptable

Met Reece on two occasions now- the first time it was his first shift this time the second, just Thursday passed - must be three months as this is the frequency I tend to pass via work - and I just have to leave a review- Reece has notably excelled in all aspects of service - I remembered him from his first shift where I gave him some advice as he was noticeably nervous - which is why I happen to notice the fine young man in front of me this week- Reece not only remembered me too but we had a short conversation around how he now feels now in comparison to that short time ago, so kudos toBurger King and kudos to Reece! Well done and see you in another 12 weeks time brother

Absolutely awful experience, do not come here. We ordered two double cheeseburgers and a steakhouse crispy chicken burger, all with fries and drinks, which came to nearly Β£30. It took nearly half an hour for the food to be made even though it wasnβt particularly busy and we were given a beef burger instead of the chicken burger. When we eventually got the steakhouse crispy chicken burger, the chicken burger was burnt yet the bacon looked barely cooked and the cheese looked inedible. The double cheeseburgers were tiny. I used to work at an understaffed Five Guys and we managed to make freshly made good quality burgers in less than 10 minutes, yet Burger King takes half an hour to heat up ready-made burgers? We will never eat at Burger King again and advise that no one else does either

Two of the four kiosks didn't work, incredibly slow service it was painful, staff just chatting in the back. No receipt given at the kiosk that was working, no coke available. Waited 20 mins for food. Sat down at the (dirty) table and fries were missing, went to ask for fries got attitude and handed over some fries that were cold. Food quality is sub par. Won't be returning.

Slow service and unorganised disinterested staff. 25 mins for them to serve me a crispy chicken meal at 9pm with no queue. Sandwich was sat on the hot plate for 20mins while staff spent the whole time cleaning instead of serving customers.

Burger King is one of our favourite burger restaurants. The Angus Steakhouse burger was exceptional, but the overall experience was disappointing and we award three-stars. There is no doubt that countrywide, Burger King can deliver very high quality fast food in comparison to other brands. However, Burger King outlets at motorway services can be variable and on this occasion, it turned out be be exactly that. Whilst the Angus was excellent, service was slow, as two out of the four automated touchscreen self-service sales-points were out of order. Also there were no Whoppers to be seen on the digital menu. That seemed very strange, so we had to ask over the counter as we thought there was a problem with the touchscreen. It turned out, they had run out of a key ingredient. So just three-stars awarded for this visit from our reviewer. We were highly impressed with the freshness, presentation and taste of the Angus, but two stars were lost for service and product range on the menu.

Rubish. Cant read. That was the 3rd attempt at a double whopper! Only took an hour to get 'fast' food! 1st complained about the first burger. That was literally just a bun and patty. Said they would re make it. Waited for 10 minutes. Asked what was going on and they hadn't even started making the correct one.

Really great product that was freshly cooked. Its the service station prices that knock one star off but it was delicious.
