   I recently bought a master box from Crownhill Charcoal Grill. I ordered online from their website and received 10% off my bill for doing this. I collected my food from the shop rather than delivery, the food was being prepared as I arrived so I had minimal waiting time. The food was piping hot and still hot when I got home.

   Really disappointed with this place! Food took 2 hours to arrive after calling the shop to find out where the food was! Every single thing was cold! I imagine the frozen chips were softer before they were cooked! Kebab meat kept getting stuck in the throat it was so tough! You couldn’t even cut the chicken nuggets apart, it was like they had been left there for days. Definitely would never order from here again!

   Delivery took 1hr 40mins. Was told it would be 40mins. When the food finally arrived it was obvious the delivery driver had done multiple drops before us. Everything was cold and soggy. Even the cold can was warm from being left in the bag all that time. Massively disappointed

   Was meant to be delivered 19:15 at the latest,19:19 said delivered,it wasn’t, tried contacting Uber,just a robot,rang charcoal grill, lady on phone assured me “it’s out for delivery now lovey” I said ok that’s fine I understand you can be busy”40 mins later, still not here!!! Ring charcoal grill again, asks address,same girl says”oh it’s here lovely, just going out now!!! I remind her she already told me this!!! Ring back 20mins later,(5min drive away) oh sorry lovely, he’s probably gone honicknowle first”I say so it’s gonna be cold then?”no I assure you lovely it won’t be cold!!! It came 20 mins later… yes it was cold,chicken over cooked! Dry and welded to the bone! Kebabs were cold and no garlic Mayo on mixed kebab and no pot of sauce I paid for!!!! You’d think after the mess up they’d of got it right!!!! Son was in bed time it came! So monthly treat ruined!!!

   Food arrived 2hrs late. During this time they were called and we had been told "the Food was on its way". 30mins after this call the food FINALLY arrived. Passing the food to us the delivery driver said "you should enjoy it". The meals were cold, the chips were rock hard. The restaurant was called and the guy said that he would give £5 off for the next order? Order next time...no thanks. Really bad customer service. Slopy shoulder attitude of not my fault by the restaurant.
