   Lunch today with members of Sedgley TG. The staff did their best but only 2 on duty at the desk, laying tables and in and out of the kitchen also serving meals to approximately 25people, 2 soups returned because they were cold 1 lady did not receive 1 item she had ordered, I waited for over an hour for a simple meal, would not go there again.    Just been in for a Monday lunch time meal on a rare occasion where we don't have the kids with us. Very quiet 'just as we hoped it would be' only the second time visiting but the food is really good for the price. I had the ultimate burger and it was huge! Really impressed!

   Came here on Sunday 01/10/23 with the family and had the 3 course dinner from the set Sunday Menu and the little one had a child's scampi, My eldest also had the mixed grill The portions were big and everything was fresh! There were 6 wings as a starter, a fresh large Sunday dinner and a decent sized desert. I couldn't believe the size of the kids meal too! We didn't have to wait long for our food and The staff were lovely and our waitress was very polite and friendly. I don't understand why the pub was so quiet, best meal out we have had in a long time. 1 childs 3 cpurse meal, 2 adults 3 course meal a mixed grill, 2 pints and 2 soft drinks for only £70. We will absolutely be back, thank you!

   Went to the quiz on Thursday had some food before it (1 kilo of chicken wings in bbq sauce ) gotta say they were lovely. The staff are really friendly and helpful and of course it’s always a good pint. And now they are having some live music entertainment too. Special mention to the quiz master CLIVE he makes it worthwhile

   Popped in without realising they offered a two and three course special. Opted for the three course after looking at the options. Think it was around the £10.50 mark. Nice meal at that price we would. Go again. Very quiet.

   I went to The Westacres for Sunday lunch. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. We ordered Buttermilk Chicken Burger and 8oz Rump steak. The burger was absolutely delicious and the katsu curry sauce in the burger was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely go back again!!
