   Had an absolutely delicious lunch in Boston Grill today. My pizza was thin and crispy and my brother had a turkey dinner, which was full marks. Very reasonable and excellent service _ we will be back! Thanks so much

   Absolutely disgusted the way myself and my family were treated tonight (22nd Nov 2025). Went in and had our order taken. Waited, waited and waited some more. I had asked 2 people that where serving about our drinks (bearing in mind our drinks was a jug of water, a diet coke and a pint of coke zero). When upon asking the second person regarding our order, I had said there is 4 other tables that have came in after us and they have all had their drinks, to be then sharply told back they must have came in after you which I replied they were not. (Didn't listen obviously the first time when I said they were in after us). Server who I spoke too then said less of the attitude to which I said I was not. I said there is staff over at the drinks area talking and not pouring drinks. I am absolutely discussed that I was talked to like that. I had absolutely NO ATTITUDE (even said please and thank you) as I was simply asking where our drinks was. Myself and my family think the staff may need a lesson on manners. Due to the way we were spoken too, we left absolutely horrified!! We won't be back!

   Called in tonight with my two nephews looking after them for few hours. First time in boston grill. Service was first class, staff where so helpful, polite, friendly. Food was excellent and really enjoyed pasta el fredo and boys loved there food as well. Great price as well kids meal was free brill idea. Wont be my last time here back again soon.

   We have been longstanding customers of this establishment and today’s food and the attitude of the staff was totally unacceptable. We made our order, 3 adults and 2 children’s and the children portion of lasagne was a joke - we queried it and the response was ‘but it’s free’ … we weren’t aware that kids were free with an adult meal however what they are offering wouldn’t feed tot in a high chair. The supervisor . came over after we queued it and we offered to buy a proper sized portion and the response was again ‘but it’s free’ - he certainly didn’t listen or understand customer service. 10Minutes later and further meal was left on our table - with an even smaller piece off lasagne which was inedible. Overall poor food, dreadful attitude from the staff and the free meal offer for children is a con. If your kids are hungry - avoid or prepare for visit to McDonald’s after.

   I was one of a party of eight and we had seven different meals from the menu. There was a Christmas menu and ordinary menu. There were 8 empty plates at the end of it. We also had a dessert which were okay as well. It was quiet in the restaurant that night hence the lack of atmosphere. No dearer than anywhere else at this time. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would go again.

   My daughter and I stopped here today to get something to eat on the way to Belfast. I have to say it definitely didn't disappoint , the service was 1st class and the food was excellent. We both had the same thing the ribs and steak and the steak was cooked to perfection the way we asked and the bbq sauce that was on the ribs was delicious, we have never tasted a bbq sauce like it before with a slight spiciness to it. I had a passionfruit mocktail as it was delicious and my daughter had one of they're cocktails and she said it was really nice. The fella that took the restaurant over came and spoke to us and asked us how everything was and we told him it was delicious, he's a really nice fella. If we are ever back that way again we will definitely give this place a shout again.

   Positives, gave two stars one for timing one for presentation. I ordered stater of mushrooms which I always do anywhere I go these had to have been the worst I've eaten. All cooked well only batter dry, no flavour what so ever could have been eating anything. Then mains came as I said presentation was on point. I love side salad that was a big NO, it was awful taste, pushed to side. Chips pretty good again NO flavour dipped in my pepper sauce oh boy packed of flavour pepper ran through my mouth which turned into just uncomfortable. Philly steak sandwich costing £18 bread so hard my mouth was increasingly getting sore trying to get through it so pushed that to oneside, moved onto filling a big NO mozzarella tobacco onions dry again no flavour, 6oz steak? More like 4 with grizzle. Had four bites meat itself good can't go wrong with it, was cooked to order. I'm a real foodie and I LEFT my plate it takes alot for me to leave anything on my plate especially if I'm paying £18. As you can see my daughter ordered spaghetti I was as she disgusted NO FLAVOUR again and my daughter never ever complains. I referred to it as baby spaghetti jars. How can you go wrong with spaghetti bolognese. She left it. Anyway total bill £32 left hungry & disappointed. We read menu wrong so when recieved bill I paid then questioned it so when we left i rang the restaurant to get explanation of the bill price and was greeted with darn right rudeness ended up hanging up. Was just just asking for a breakdown of bill. Its safe to say I will not be returning, I'd like to add I have visited here a few times over the years and I have left moderately satisfied on most occasions. We were 2 starters 2 mains down, in and out in 20 mins. Says alot

   visited 29/10/2021 - good visit, the chicken options were halal so was able to partake and as a family we enjoyed the chicken stacker, the double chicken Caroline burger, the buffalo chicken wings, the mushroom starter, the garlic bread with cheese n onions, the milkshakes & the ice cream. The service & experience were exceptional and had various team members work together to make the visit a memorable one. The restaurant is family friendly and provided a high chair for our granddaughter. Definitely recommend a visit and try the fab eats ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
