Unhelpful and rude staff. Didn’t want to know when I tried to exchange a Christmas present that was the wrong size.
Some rude staff refusing to even exchange recently bought gifts, all still new with tags

Visted the store recently. Lovely layout. The staff were more than happy to help (especially Laura) to give styling ideas and help with sizes. Will be visiting more often.
I went today(27/02/2023 @ 16.35) to the Walsall new look and to buy a dress and while I am looking my autistic son 6 years wanted to go down by lift and as he have some challenging behaviour I agree and went down but did not open door and I try to go up again but couldn’t and then press the emergency bell many time two staff members were there and they ignored. After few minutes I could go up and came out from the lift and two staff members laugh laud and one said I looked them ha ha , really disgusting manner of the staff. I won’t go agin to Walsall branch. I am long time customer of new look. But I ask people not to go to the Walsall branch.
I recently visited the store. The staff was friendly and helpful and they will get 5 stars but the state of changing room cubicles is a disgrace. The wall panels are dirty & covered with a thick build up of dust. It was just so unhygienic.
There are some really lovely clothes at the moment. Some good sale items and certain ranges are on offer. The teens collection is really good and some lovely shoes too .Well worth a visit.

I went to the till to price check a pair of jeans and a dress that were in the sale section but didn’t have tags. I told the lady ‘Stephenie’ at the till that I wanted to price check the items, clearly distracted, she didn’t hear a word I said and proceeded to take the tags off. When she finally checked the prices, she told me that the dress was full price so I decided not to purchase. Then I happened to see the same dress in the 25% off section! I also purchased a pair of earrings that were in the sale and I realised when I got home and checked the receipt that she had charged me full price. Clearly the staff at this store are not being paid enough to care.
