Staff is rude and not coperative. They do not compensate for Amy damage and fault. I not recommend walsall branch.
Would give it a 0 star if I could. Staff is horrendously rude. That older lady the short one that wears a headscarf always behind the till is vile. I walked in once in the evening and the doors were open and she literally shoved me out of the shop saying we’re closed I said but the door is open and she said I don’t care go we’re closed. The exchange policy is ridiculous as well they just make things up as they please. They have decent stuff but would never go back due to the poorly managed staff

Very rude staff, theres 3 ladies, all 3 of them are rude, they actually dont know how to speak to customers, if you ask them a question they answer with an attitude, the elder lady is the rudest out of all of them, no smile no greeting its like visiting karens diner. they have decent items but i dont visit the shop, i feel extremly uncomforable, as if i have any questions i wont be able to ask them, very disappointing being a muslim they cant approach other muslims in a nicer way, and they have quran playing all the time, what is the point litterally.
A lovely little gem for modest wear in Walsall town centre. It's caters for men and women. I regularly use this place for hijabs and other clothing. The brother that owns the place is very approachable and humble and the young lady always provides service with a smile. Great little shop for all purposes, layering, lounge, smart wear, fancy.
Horrible service. Rude staff. Decent products though.
