    Having been into your store in reedswood walsall we found that Emma wainwright was absolutely fantastic when I had a coughing fit and she went above and beyond the call of duty by ensuring I was ok and getting me a glass of water may I suggest that this young lady be applaud for her actions this lady needs a 5 star rating and at the very least deserves to be recognised by the manager once again Emma thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness

    Horrendous customer service. 2 women on the till incredibly rude. Refused to match an online price, and stated if I wanted it at that price, I would have to reserve it online. No problem. Left the long que, went to purchase online, and could not collect in-store ASAP, had to wait 3-5 days for delivery. Qued back up to query this and stressed I needed the suit for Monday (job interview) and was told ‘it’s your fault for leaving buying a suit so late not being able to wait for delivery…’. Only got the interview invite yesterday (besides the point). Appalling attitude. Won’t be shopping here again or giving Matalan my money.

    Huge store. Lots of products to choose. It’s a good place to have shopping. Staff are generally kind and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces.

    Lovely store, bright and airy. Terrible location though, on a retail park with poor bus connections. You get off at sainsburys and have to risk life and limb crossing the road because there's not even a pedestrian crossing. Avoid unless you're able to drive there. Shame really
