   As I was getting married in Italy, I knew that I wanted a fusion outfit for my wedding ceremony, but in the search for a perfect outfit, only Shiv and the team at Unique understood my vision in a way that no-one else did. They embraced the challenge with creativity and genuine excitement. We worked together to design a bespoke bridal look, something which had not been done before and the end result was beyond anything I could have imagined - truly 'Unique'! What sets the the team apart is the care, support and the warmth of the whole experience. They never rushed and took the time to make sure the outfit reflected my style and looked its best.    Went into unique a couple of weeks ago needed a outfit for my cousin's wedding. I didn't really think I would end up buying as I'm really fussy. But within 5 minutes of me walking into the store I picked out a lovely red dress tried it on and bought it straight away. The staff which was a young girl and gentleman were both very helpful and honest about how the dress looked on me one very happy customer

   I went here to buy an outfit last week for my sons Lohri, feeling stressed I chose the first outfit I could find and they said they would adjust for me. When I went to get it it didnt fit well, they straight away spent time and supported me to find the best outfit. They couldn't have done enough. I must have made them get out 15 outfits and they were calm and supportive. I walked away ordering the outfit of my choice and it was ready on time and they matched a perfect jewellery set to it. My husband couldn't believe how calm and professional they were. Sweet was just amazing and made the outfit perfect to my size. I won't shop anywhere again. Thank you so so much. You guys were absolutely brilliant!

   I got married in June this year and two of my bridal outfits were from Unique and I couldn't have asked for a better supplier. Their customer service was impeccable from start to finish. They listened to everything I wanted to do and executed it to perfection. They were so easy to deal with and made, what I thought would be the most stressful part of the wedding planning process, the most relaxing. They went above and beyond to make my outfits exactly what I wanted and carried out alterations where required even up to the last minute! They even adjusted a third outfit for me! Sweetie was absolutely amazing throughout and really kept my mind at ease even with all the other wedding stress I had going on. Both outfits were absolutely stunning and made me feel beautiful on the day. I really cannot recommend Unique enough for a stressfree seamless bridal experience ❤️

   Worst customer service ever. I couldn't believe the way the treated my mother during the time I was there. I went in yesterday to look at Bridal wear... At no point did any one offer to help. When I asked questions about the items I had no response. It wasn't peak trading times... It was 12pm! With a total 4 staff members. Staff were unapproachable, rude and snotty! Which I find highly amusing as a head of department I wouldn't treat any of my staff members or members of the public like this! I would had no problem in spending money on a bridal lengha I had seen, but after the service this place they were simply not having my money! Not impressed. Unique customer service on how not to do business.
