   As nice as the place looks. The queue to pay was 45 minutes long Previously they had over 20 till but because of adding a m&s outlet (greed) they have moved the till and now only have 12. I felt genuinely sorry for the staff working as the owners have clearly opted for more sales space than making it a nice place to shop. When I went it the queue was down by the restaurant. When I finally got near to the front I had some supervisor/manager saying it was another 10 minutes to get served. Horrible place to visit and unless I have no other choice I won't be returning. I'd highly recommend going to McArthur Glenn about 15 minutes away and 100% better

   Lovely shopping . The store has been updated and looks fabulous. The only downfall is the cafe the service was slow and the food wasn't really good. Unless you had a bowl of soup which did look nice. I had a chicken curry which was probably a microwave meal. The Nan bread was the best thing.

   A great stop off on my way home. The place has a great range of clothing, to housewear products to festive goods and snacks. I managed to get 2 pairs of trousers that I have been searching weeks on the high street and Internet for. Loads of parking, lots of choice, easy access and helpful staff.

   This is a newly built outlet we visited in a while. It has a good collection in clothing, footwear and home and personal accessories. The staff was friendly, the merchandise was arranged properly, the location is convenient as well. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience for me. Would definitely recommend.

   Me and my family come here quite often and the staff don't talk much often. When you need them they can help you. The store is quite large and has a great variety of things. They change the store around quite often so can get a bit confusing. They have a cafe which is convenient but the prices are a bit steep.

   After a couple of more recent visits, thought it about time I added some comments. I still believe my 4* rating to be a fair one as there's nothing that would, in my estimation, warrant that extra star. Still a great place to visit for the possibility of picking up that 'must have' bargain. Did find a couple of examples on my previous visit, but sadly not on my most recent. My biggest issue is finding an item of clothing that you get excited over, only to find that everything on the racks is either small or super large.

   First time we have been here and will not be the last. The shop has a vast range of stock where you can truly find something for everyone. The staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant. Although we didn't have time to go in the cafe it looks brilliant and we will definitely stop for a coffee on our next visit. Cannot believe we have only just discovered this little gem. Thank you

   I loved this place as you can find everything for your home ( kitchen equipments, bathroom, bedroom), clothes, books and a coffeeshop, the prices a surprisingly logical if compared to other places among UK. The staff were very friendly and nice. Overall, a very recommended place.

   Top of the range quality items ranging from household accessories to clothing. Situated just off the motorway. I only discovered this place as I was heading towards ikea. I must say I was really impressed by the selection of item and pricing was competitive too.
