   Not happy with one of your colleagues today at Walsall Primark I went to pay for my item I'd brought, went to pay for it and literally she ad snatched the money out of my hand and never was so polite and friendly this needs sorting out. I thought all of your staff should be polite and helpful in their job, how on earth she passed a interview I don't know.

   Shopping in Walsall Primark yesterday brought it home to me that a great shopping experience is invariably down to a shop's best asset..... the staff. When a member of staff engages with you, is helpful and makes you feel welcome, it's a great experience, So for me, I'd like to say thank you to the lovely lady who was manning the changing room, I think her name was Mel.

   Made a visit to Primark there was a long queue with only two female staff behind the counter, then one of them walked off leaving just one female to attend to the customers. The one who walked away stopped further away and started talking to another colleague, after I eventually got served as I departed the store she was still talking with the other woman, still leaving one person serving the very long queue of customers these shop workers want to realise it’s the customer who pays their wages.

   Only clothes shop that is big enough at Walsall. Maybe it is for me but I don't see anything I like but for others, this is one of the best places to go for clothes at Walsall because I don't see that many clothes shops around Walsall big as Primark so definitely recommend you might get something you like if you are lucky enough!!

   Primark had used to be very good for cheaper clothes than other clothes stores. Went round and the prices are a lot higher than they used to be. Quality of clothes isn't always that great. Size wise I have been medium, large and extra large so would recommend trying clothes on before buying or expect to have to make some returns. Staff on till are very friendly and helpful as the one serving me had to cut the hangers off that were attached to the clothes. Store isn't that tidy, not the fault of staff as I could see them going round and having to fold clothes and put them back where they belong.

   This is great for items that are cheap and cheerful. Can be a little hit and miss with the sizes. Often busy but usually quieter early morning.. They do have a good range of item's.

   A little on the small side so a lot of the time you won't find the size you need: just the things you'd like to buy in the wrong sizes certainly in the men's and kids sections I was interested in. You won't find many kids or men's shoes here so no chance of finding anything you actually like in the sizes you need. Total waste of time for footwear. Also big queues upstairs when I shopped due to only having 1-2 staff serving so I almost put my shopping down and walked out. Staff were great though.
