Few of the staff severely rude&attitudes are insane. Food is good but paying for it whilst being ill treated will not be back to this branch. Waiting on follow up of complaint

I had a burrito bowl and it was good for what you pay. It was fast and convenient when hopping on the train. The place was clean. I wish they took cash. These young ladies working behind the counter are FAST and efficient. They were whipping out click and collect and serving walk ins without missing a beat. Kudos to the young staff here!!!!

First time at Boojum on Great Victoria Street and honestly, such a great experience! The food was amazing, fresh, and full of flavour. What really stood out though was the service — especially from one staff member (an Indian guy with glasses). He was super friendly and helpful, took the time to explain how everything works since it was our first time, and even gave us a few meat samples to try before choosing. He suggested combos based on our spice tolerance and flavour preferences, which made a big difference. Even though it was a bit busy, he never rushed us and seemed genuinely happy to help. Massive shoutout to him — he made the visit 10x better. Definitely coming back!

Visited during a weekday evening, was very quiet. Once I had got to grips with the menu options, I went to the counter to place my order. Service was quick and friendly. For me, food was tasty and it tasted fresh. Plenty of seating - my only complaint seating inside was music was very loud......but I am getting old! The food was very good value in my opinion. If I wanted a quick meal and something tasty, I would visit again.

Inspired by the 'free unlimited sides' offer I decided to give boojum a visit. Great as always but I was curious to try the vegetarian 'meat' option and after being graciously offered a sample to taste, I was won over. Absolutely delicious! Accompanied with a side of nachos - not that I needed it - and a beer. Filled a big hole!

The place is opposite Europa hotel in Belfast. I tried the burrito bowl and it was very good. They also have tortillas and you can choose to make your own meal. Overall the place was good except for the long queue during lunch hours.

Summary: It's like a Chipotle, but louder... Not quite as polished, but that's fine too. Food was good. You can choose from burritos, tacos, bowls, etc. Pick your rice, protein, and extras. They couldn't make churros or tortilla chips the night I visited. They do have a selection of small and medium Ben & Jerry's ice cream to pick up for desert also. Did I mention it was loud in here?! The counter employees seem to have easy access to the volume, which is good and bad. I'm sure they would field a request to turn it down if you're near them, but God help you when a song they like starts playing (And this is coming from a person that built custom stereos since the mid 90's and owns a 24" subwoofer). Anyway, more upsides than downsides. Great for a quick kind-a sort-a taste of Tex-Mex when you're on the wrong side of the Atlantic.

Great food experience. Everything tasted good and fresh. I can see why this place is popular.

Avoid! My friends and I had heard so much about this place and were super excited to try it. We ordered a two-burrito deal and two single burritos. First of, the salsa chips we ordered with our two-burrito deal did not arrive. When I called the restaurant to complain, I was informed this could not be delivered. Rather, I'd have to wait for two days to get a refund. Mind you, the restaurant was less than 5 minutes drive away. To make things worse, when we finally opened the burritos, one was unusually smaller than the others. This was very confusing. We took photos to report it but it didn't end there. When I eventually opened the small burrito (because we worked out it was mine, it was the wrong burrito. It had pork instead of chicken! Worse, it had none of the things I asked for in my burrito. I didn't want pork. I wanted chicken. I don't know why everyone hypes this place. I'll never patronise again.
