Really enjoyable meal with my Mum and I treating ourselves. We thought the food was very tasty and not overpriced. Our Waitress Clarizza was attentive, polite, efficient and informative about the choices on the menu too. The environment was very clean and tidy. The service was flawless. I particularly enjoyed the Mocktails too.
Took my grandson for his 8th birthday celebration - it was his choice to go to F&B's. There were 8 of us. We had a warm and friendly welcome. Our waitress really looked after us, was very customer-focussed and a credit to F&B. The food was timely and tasty - we all had different things and we all enjoyed them. We knew in advance that they no longer do balloons for birthdays, so we brought our own balloons and a birthday cake and they played "Happy Birthday" for us and helped us to celebrate. At the end, we experienced a warm goodbye. We had a great time and many thanks to F&B.
Great service and delicous food. Staff are amazing and really welcoming. I had the pizza and asked for extra crispy, it had such a nice crunch and the flavor was good. My wife had the full rack of ribs and they were falling off the rack, very tasty and the Cajun flavored chips were very good. Highly recommend coming here for good food.
The worst spag bol I have ever eaten. No beef, just flakes of something in a very thin gravy. I feel for the waiters who were trying their hardest but with food like this, I can't see this place remaining open much longer.
Despite the fact that this place was busy, we had such a fantastic time as a family. The place was clean and once the tables were available, they were cleaned immediately. The staff worked and coordinated very well. The food and drinks were delicious. We had Mac & cheese ,chips, Classic beef lasagne, Ultimate mixed grill ,Crispy BBQ chicken burger and different types of drinks.The place is wheelchair friendly. There is also a hand sanitisation stand just by the door.
We came here to eat before seeing a film at the nearby Showcase cinema as the website advertised a 30% discount if you showed a cinema ticket for a film that day. Of course, with new COVID-19 restrictions, the ticket was a print at home version. The manager would not accept this because it "wasn't a proper ticket". Luckily I had my NHS card and got a 20% discounted. I complained to F&B on Twitter and got a £10 certificate to use next time because the manager should have given the discount. Food was very good. The mixed grill being worth the cost. It had everything in the 8oz sirloin steak meal plus 4 bbq wings, a breast of chicken, a rack of ribs and more fries for only an extra £4. I couldn't finish it!
Food comes quick with decent service but is over priced for what you get. Clearly most of this is frozen and re-heated and it takes an age between courses to get anyone to collect your plates. Plus side is the app where you can pay your bill and go there and then which is great. Desert me and my wife had was waffles and they were as hard as rocks, terrible. 2 stars given for speed and payment method and that main course is decent...but don't expect a cheap meal.
