   Awful service from this company. Bought a cantilever umbrella that broke within weeks. They demanded i send it back at great cost despite sending photos and NOT leaving out in wind which I've been accused of and so now after spending £370 with them and them agreeing it has snapped off they won't refund. Utterly disgusted by their customer service or lack of.

   What was always a great place for everything swimming pool and hot tub related has been transformed into a stunning showroom. The bespoke, one-off designs cleverly show off what is possible, and what BOS can achieve with their amazing team. A good range of Hot Tubs for every budget is on display as well as Sauna. If you want genuine advice and guidance, from a company with decades of experience then look no further.

   BOS Leisure helped us through three designs of our sauna before settling on the right one, and were happy to visit us 3 times before installation to confirm everything was in order. We even got to go and see the owners own sauna to see how it could work for us. Installation was very quick, only two days, and they were happy to incorporate all our little extra requests to deliver the perfect sauna. I would happily recommend BOS leisure to anyone looking for a company who can make sure they get the right solution from beginning to end.

   Go elsewhere!! Having rang BOS over a month ago to ask if they could repair a pool cover, and having been told on the phone that they could but they were short staffed so would call me back later, I heard nothing for three weeks. Rang again last week, for them to confirm that they could repair and would call me back on Friday to sort out a date. Surprise, surprise, I heard nothing. Rang them this morning, to chase, to be told that "they can't help". No explanation, just they can't help. Awful customer service.
