In the cafe Mandy's home-cooked food is the best. Excellent value for money, and friendly service

Cracking place for all ages, £1 for an hour of footy is great value and super accessible. The lovely lady at the cafe was class, gave the place a warm and friendly vibe. Will come here again.

Good, well, optimised activity space with cafe on site. Council run. Pity there is no Aerobics optltion there. Also a few irresponsible dog walkers letting their animals play across the pitches :-( Had a freshly cooked breakfast this morning - tasty! Coffee too. Friendly service and not expensive

Great place for dogs, families , runners , cyclist training etc. Attention though : a white small dog attacked our puppy out of the blue. A lady on her 60s said its shocking since he was off the leash because he is " friendly". However another lady after the attack said th3 same dog tried to bite another two dogs...so watch this space. My dog was so scared he wee on me poor soul and needed 2 hours to recover the attack. Overall recommended but if you have a dogplease be aware of the risks.

Great place. My son's home football ground. Lots of well maintained pitches and floodlit 4G astro pitches. Great cycling and BMX track. Lovely cafe with super friendly staff. Well looked after pavilion with clean toilets. Really great public amenity.

Good facilities, well cared for pitches and free parking. Only criticism - the cafeteria is a little slow. Could really do with some more staff to help those already busy there .

I have been using the disability cycling track. It is a specially laid tarmac road on the left side of the sports field. There are two shorter loops you can make if you don't want to do the complete circuit. (the outward leg is flat and down hill, the inward half is then partially flat and up hill. It's run by volunteers on certain Saturdays and Sundays through the year. The dates can be found on the 'British cycling' website. There is no shelter apart from a small perspex shed which is often locked. There is a cafe in the main building on site.

Very well maintained site, lots of space - cycle track, bmx track, cafe, grass fields, small woodland. Friendly staff, free parking, very quiet on weekdays. Haven't been on a weekend. Great free outing for the family!
