   I rang jodie and the team on tuesday as my washer was playing up. They recommended someone to fix it, when it wasnt fixable they gave me numerous options in my budget inc fit and taking the old. Best service. Quietest washer ever and guarantee inc. delivery lads were also lovely, and jodie did a follow up call to check i was happy within 10mins of them leaving. PERFECT service

   3rd washing machine in as many months first one wouldn't spin second one seal went and drum and this one is a bag of nails took 3hours to wash bed covers which are now in the bin as all black stuff all over them....had cooker from there aswell which I haven't tried yet if that don't work as fitted by there gas man then I will be going to trading standards can't see how they get away with the state they send things out to people

   My husband and I are in our 60s. Their Customer services was absolutely first class. I cannot praise them enough from the first point of entry with the sale of the item. A deposit was left and you were given time to pay it off in full. The delivery and the transportation of the item into your house and wherever you wanted the item to be place they did it with a smile on their face. I've never experienced such excellent customer services and this is the second item we've purchased from this outlet my daughter's purchased two items as well and again the same service excellent customer services.    Recently brought a fridge freezer from them and couldn’t be more pleased, my old fridge had stopped working and I needed a replacement straight away. After explaining that I was desperate, they changed their delivery schedule and delivered the next day. For the price and service I received I will definitely go there again. Oh and they collected the old one.
