Do NOT buy from here I brought a fridge/Freezer and a washing machine. Just as the warranty expired (I believe it was 3 months but I might be wrong could be 6) the washing machine malfunctioned on a boil wash and literally BOILED the water away it melted the laundry drawer so it physically could not be opened with steam jetting out of the same drawer. The fridge/freezer is a joke same with the washing machine as soon as the warranty expired it stopped cooling my food to the point where it was actually WARMER in the fridge and freezer compared to outside no matter what I did to try and fix it, drainage pipe from the back of the fridge isnβt connected to anything so just poured on top of the EXPOSED elements of the fridge also couple times just randomly leaked overnight. ALSO fridge section came stinking of bleach (good) yet somehow still filthy?? Lazy and pathetic excuse of a business.

I've been looking at getting a graded cooker from here for a while. I picked one, went to check out, as the property is a new build it said "We do not deliver to your region". Which is a common issue with the address for deliveries. So, I put it as number "1" as thats not a new build and would allow me to place the order. When I then recieved a call later that day, I specifically said. I need to let you know its 1J not "1" as it wouldnt let me put it through under 1J. She said no problem, I'll "let them know and if any problems I'll get them to call you". She asked if they could deliver between 4-6, advised I would be out. She advised they wont be starting deliveries until 1 (today/Friday) so she'd put my delivery down for between 1-2. No problem. Get to the delivery date today, and I had two calls around 11:30 I didnt answer them because my phone was on silent. Also, I dont usually answer unrecognisable numbers anyway due to spam calls. Yes I was expecting a delivery so may anticipate a call, but not until between 1-2. Id then realised one of the numbers that had been calling was the same one I spoke to the woman on, on the Wednesday. So I call it back and she goes, we were trying to deliver your cooker. At 11:30? I said did they knock "yeah they were knocking for abit but have had to go now, were you in?". As in some way to insinuate I should have been in even though the delivery was between 1-2 (apparently). But yes, I was in. Then it clicks, the person I spoke to on Wednesday didnt make note of the fact I specifically said its "1J" she'd just left the address down as number "1". So, they'd been knocking the flat complex next door, not the correct property. Funnily enough though, she remembered to write on the invoice that Β£20 was due for instillation, something else we discussed on the phone but not anything else? Just moving on to the appliance its self, which I'll take self accountability for to SOME extent. With it being graded, you'd obviously expect some marks/damage somewhere, thats fine granted. However, the pictures in many circumstances are not "clear" to access where the damage is. There should be more clearer close up pictures of the affected areas, or even wrote within the description of each individual appliance. It really wouldnt take that much extra time at all. So as I said, I take some accountability what I would say to anyone is DO NOT buy online go in store and see in person. Because the damage on the cooker was something I didnt see at all. And its not small, and all ways on show. The invoice also shows 3 month warranty, but its a graded cooker, so should read 6 months, the address was incorrect until a small "J" was added and the delivery time is still down as 4-6 on it. Logistically, it makes sense to try an address if they are local to each other rather than driving back and forth, which is fine. But let people know know the correct information to start with, and that could possibly be the case. Delivery and installation was bang on. And with the delivery being FREE you cant moan at that considering what the "big" companies are still trying to charge, one of the priciple reasons I didnt buy from any of them. I would consider buying again, but honestly its basic customer service and listening skills. And if I did I wouldn't shop online until it improves on descriptions and identifying more clearly in pictures affected areas on graded appliances. Havent used the cooker yet, but I dont anticipate any issues.

Shocking, con artists, I was away when I was delivered a 2ND washing machine because the first one broke within a week only to find that the one they replaced it with was a machine I've never seen before. They conned a vulnerable lady into accepting a washing machine that just looks like a reject from the trotters, it was that bad. This one didn't last either and now they expect me to find the part to replace it. God knows where this machine was built or invented. Stay away from these con merchants

Moved house and needed a fridge/freezer and cooker quickly, bought both from here in April 2022 - BOTH items broke by October 2022. Rang the shop this morning as it has only been 6 months since purchase only to be told they only offer 3 months warranty and the items are out of warranty so nothing they will do. If you want 6 months warranty you have to pay additional for it. Absolutely disgusting, people do not buy discounted items if they can afford to buy full price items and this feels like a scam because both items have broken within 6 months, not fair at all. Would not recommend, just pay the extra and go to a normal shop that doesnβt benefit from people being in difficult financial circumstances. I will also be making a formal complaint.
