   No public toilets! The staff will direct you to use toilets of other restaurants near by. It’s a retail store and not a club. They expect customers to spend in thousands buying expensive products from smart TVs to home appliances. Families visit with children and they don’t have public toilets. This isn’t a new thing. They have functioned without offering this facilities for years now but I am done with them now. Please don’t visit this store if they don’t have the basic courtesy to offer basic facilities. It’s shameful!! I request people not to visit this store.

   Never buy from any store other than your local one. I purchased a TV from Wednesbury while I was travelling. They charged me for the TV I requested, but loaded a different one into my car. When I contacted their Customer Services, they said I could take it back to my local store. I drove the 90 minute round trip to Aberystwyth only to be refused service. There is no telephone number or email for the stores, so I either drive 4 hours and hope they sort it out there and then or go another route. I have filed a chargeback on my card as the goods have been incorrectly supplied. Only buy local guys, the stores are not going to stay open much longer if they keep treating people like this. AO do next day delivery and none of this nonsense.

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She also applied discounts that I didn’t even know were available. Truly excellent support!

   It's a bit of a drive out for me to get to this branch but 100% worth the distance. Bought laptops and recently TV and Soundbar on different days and was served by Adam. Great service and genuine person couldn't recommend enough if you need to buy a new TV or accessories. Will definitely return to branch for future purchases all staff and security guards are helpful.

They have almost everything here related to electronics and home appliances. I strongly recommend to come by yourself and check the products before buying online. There is parkings in here

   I remember when Curry's used to be in Walsall town centre next door to Dixon's ( remember them? ) This new super ( mega ) store has everything you could ever need that needs electricity to run it! From fridges to state of the art TV's costing 10 grand!! To e scooters and toasters! Great thing is the car park is free for 4 hrs max ( ANPR monitored ) and they have click and collect parking bays right outside. Some of the stuff they sell just goes to show how far we have come in technology in such a short time. Price match is great and option to pay instalments using " klarna " is great for the wallet. No pushy sales staff of old and tour left alone to browse at your leisure but always someone on hand to provide advice. Shop, enjoy and take your phone to quickly see if you can get it cheaper and price match it!

   Certainly not the curry’s of old bold You would normally get Pounced on the second you come in the store. nicely laid out and plenty of space in the aisles, really knew the mouse I wanted. The chap on the tills was helpful to confirm it will work with my computer As I forgot my glasses at home home
