Much better than its obvious rivals in town centre. Cosy, good music playing and the staff all seem to have their heart in it. Located by the cenotaph bus stops.
Very helpful staff in there! I took a phone in, which had a little bit of screen burn... CEX had told me it was scrap (no scratches or scuffs anywhere on it!), but Cash Generator bought it in for cash. I'll definitely be coming back!
A group of lovely staff. Always do their best to give you the best deal possible. Always friendly and happy to help and make the customer feel important. I'd recommend this store over their competitors any day.

A lot of items are faulty, not tested accordingly. In addition, staff are not friendly and the smell in the shop is atrocious!
Friendly staff and can usually grab a bargain. Double check more expensive items, as we have had a few issues with duffers- that's down to lack of previous customer care and the buying desk being a bit too quick.
