   I wanted to share my sincere gratitude for the incredible delivery driver, Val, and his co-worker, Sonu, who delivered my fridge-freezer on Christmas Eve. From ordering to delivery there were no problems and everyone involved was considerate and informative. Despite it being such a busy day, Val especially, was exceptionally kind, caring, and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly, making a stressful holiday situation much easier.    Awful Service From Start to Finish – Avoid Appliance Electronics I wish I could give zero stars. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I bought an LG American-style fridge freezer from Appliance Electronics and the service was completely unacceptable from day one. First of all, they don’t even let you choose a specific delivery date – not even if you’re willing to pay extra. I called customer service to explain that I needed delivery on a particular day, and the staff member told me they would “mark it” so delivery would be after that date. That’s obviously not what I asked for, and it felt like they didn’t really care about my situation at all. When I called again to speak to the delivery team, the attitude was just as bad, if not worse. The person on the phone was extremely rude and clearly impatient, like they didn’t want to talk to me. At one point they even mentioned there were other people on the line waiting, as if I was wasting their time. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Then there’s the delivery itself. For a large American-style fridge, they told me that if my property only has a single front door, they would not bring it into the house. They would only take it inside if there were double doors. So what are customers supposed to do? Move a massive double-door fridge into the house by themselves? It’s ridiculous. To make things even worse, when I finally decided to cancel the order, I was told this could only be done by email. I was already on the phone with customer service, but they said they couldn’t process cancellations over the phone and that I had to email instead. Completely inconvenient and unhelpful, especially after everything that had already happened.

   Delivery team were very helpful. Appliance Electronics needed a reminder about delivery timing, but once aboard they made it happen with minimal fuss. Prices are extremely competitive and beat most rivals.

   Great fridge freezer, lovely design, great colour, super spacious, comes with a water filter. Very quiet when it's working, you can only hear it when ice cubes move. We are very happy with our purchase which was delivered on time and with a great care.

   Product arrived quickly and well packaged. Front suspension arm snapped off after less than ten minutes running. Contacted customer services who told me i had damaged it and there was no warrantee. Overall i'm happier with the vehicle than the service from this company.

   Shame this company cannot be given a zero rating. Do not buy from this company at any cost. They take the payment, have couriers that completely lie about bad weather and cannot get hold of them when they are due to deliver and then only call at 8.30pm with excuses and offering to deliver in 3 hrs at 11.30pm. When the company are called to complain about this they make constant excuses, the level of customer service is non existant and was told that they have put in a claim for their costs to be credited from their couriers but would not refund us for the £18.99 delivery charge for an item that was booked in and not even attempted to delivered. All out for themselves and do not care about customers at all. We have since discovered that most of the goods they sell are discounted electrical items.
