if i could give zero star i would!! i had food poisoning in here i got egg fried rice last night i only had two spoons because was taste horrible and after few minutes had food poisoning and vomiting !! the woman she was dead rude to me as well avoid avoid this place should be shut !
Absolute Scam - Order Never Arrived & They Stole My Money! (Zero Stars) This is not a review of food; it's a warning about a business that takes your money and provides zero service or accountability. I placed an order at 7:30 PM for a delivery time of 8:15 PM. 9:00 PM rolled around, and still no food. After attempting to call the restaurant for 15 minutes, someone finally picked up. I explained that my order was late, provided the reference number, and asked for an update. The individual on the phone was utterly unhelpful, offering only vague excuses and claiming the driver was "nearby." When I politely requested either a firm delivery time or a full refund since the food was already over an hour late, the employee simply sighed loudly, said "I don't care," and hung up the phone on me. This is, quite frankly, appalling customer service. To make matters worse, the food never arrived. I have now paid £[Insert Price] for an order that was never delivered, and the restaurant has refused to issue a refund. They have effectively stolen my money. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored, insulted, and defrauded. I will be pursuing this theft through my bank. Shameful operation
Terrible service. Made an order at 21:00 waiting for food and it said 43 mins so checked it again it turned into 2 hours before I could get my food. Called numerous times for them not to answer and the last time I called thought they wasn’t going to answer and they did so tried to find where my food was at and they said they are waiting on a driver and it’s not his problem that my food isn’t here. Spoke to my partner terribly shocking the way he got spoken to so I won’t be ordering from here again.
Saw this place on deliveroo before, highly rated. Never heard of it but had so many Chinese so thought I'd give it a go. Absolutely amazing highly recommend the salt and chilli chips, best Chinese in Nottingham by far. We are doing our second order tonight for sure!
Delivery was quick through uber eats, food was hot when it arrived, food tasted really nice, perfect Chinese, will be ordering again

Lovely food but disgusting behaviour. Terrible, terrible customer service. The owner is extremely rude over the phone and in person. Their driver is very, very slow. Most orders are 2-3 hours late with no offer of apology. Once a loyal customer, we will never be ordering from here again because you simply do not care about your customers.
Food took 3 hours to get after ordering. Placed a delivery but had to get it as 2.5 hours after ordering and saying it's on its on its way it clearly wasn't. Took phone off the hook . Missing items and food was not great.
**AVOID IF WANT FOOD** TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! What a shambles of a place. I used to rate this place but it has gone down hill massively. They have always been terrible at delivering within an hour and half but the food used to be nice so it made up for it. The last time i ordered, it wasn't its usual standard but thought it was just a one off. However, i thought i would try again and attempt to order. Called them at 6.15 with and 1h 15min delivery time. That was 2 and half hours ago and now they dont even pick up the phone. Prob done myself a favour. Dont waste your time with this hole.
One of the much more affordable chinese takeaways near the centre and now after several orders is my go-to. I’ve almost always been satisfied, the chicken satay is amazing and a must-have. There are unfortunately a few misses on the menu though - I would not recommend here for sweet and sour fans but otherwise it’s cheap and cheerful :)
