   FUMING!!!! Been ordering nearly 4 years from them never have I raised a complaint or had an issue with them. Even in times where I’ve not been satisfied I’ve never brought it to their attention . I believe we had good customer to business friendship. I’ve Never had a refund off them never left a bad review for them. Today I rang and explained something wasn’t right with the kebab meat it was rubbery and looked undercooked, the man then said I’ve always got an issue and I thought oh he must have me confused with another customer so I explained and gave him my address (me thinking he was confused) and he was like what do you expect me to do about it I’m cutting the meat and it looks fine. I said to him I’m not asking for a refund or for you to send out food I’m just ringing to let you know that this meat really isn’t right… he phone down on me. I rang back I was so shocked that they had treated me like this asked to speak to a manager because I couldn’t believe how the man’s attitude was towards me and how he was speaking to me and they have blocked my number. I rang back on private spoke to the owner he apologised and said he will speak to the guy but I’m still left very upset and won’t ever be ordering again

   Me and my family have tried the kebabs, pizza, and some of the Indian food from here aswell as the milkshakes. The food is generally nice, the chicken tikka massala is my favourite even. My parents love the kebabs too. However, they have issues with delivering the order on time and tend to take over an hour. We've also had sides missing on a few orders (especially the naan that should come with the massala included in the price). It's a shame as the food is lovely. They just need to improve on some things.

   Ordered a mixed kebab & cheesy chips. Took over an hour to arrive. Was cold, the meat was inedible (overcooked/burnt/tough). Very overpriced for a meal I couldn't even eat. Very disappointing. Save your money and order somewhere else.

   This is my second time ordering here after a not so great first time with an overpowering garlic pizza making it inedible. This time the food was on point however 30 mins late, it was 20 mins late the 1st time also and I see this to be a running theme...just change your expected delivery time if you can't meet it! Big portions and hot at least.

   Disappointed ,thought I ordered two boxes of chicken with chips and a pot of mayo sauce ,but received one box with three pieces of chicken and chips completely covered in mayo .chicken was very dry and crispy despite being covered in mayo and chips were soggy due to being covered in mayo.

   Wow my husband's first visit tonight he's tried the lot but this place is right at the top had large doner on a cheese nan not many do a fresh nan so this was perfect fast service very nice guy and very polite I am now well full massive portion of meat lovely sauce and so fresh keep it up will be back well done best in ilkeston heanor and langley mill by far .

   I wouldn’t bother, if you want it by 5pm I’d order it at 3pm, you ring up and ask them where it is and it’s constantly ‘on it way’ definitely wouldn’t go again, it’s not even worth it either

   Okay, I am going to a write a review for these guys even though I had given them 5 stars previously. After trying their food a couple of times I have come to love them, especially their desserts. I have ordered shakes like kinder bueno, diam which are very fine. The best part about these shakes is that they contains tiny bits of the chocolate particles. I personally like their waffles as well, with strawberries and chocolate sauce, in contrast to cookie dough which are a bit too fullfilling for me. Sundaes are very presentable. Other than this I also like their pizza (sauce). I usually order online and collect the food myself from the shop. This way the desserts are in top top shape. Delivery experience is just okay tbh. The staff is very nice especially the big guy at the back who does desserts is an absolute gem to talk to but rarely comes at front. (Sad)
