Always order from here and not had an issue until tonight. Chips and spring rolls were soggy and cold, satay chicken skewers weren’t battered like usual and sauce was like water, chow mein had hardly any noodles in it and crispy chilli chicken was soggy. My order number was 4866573
2 stars being generous, lemon chicken dry and don't seem fresh, all spring rolls well over cooked and shouldnt of been sent, prawn toast over cooked, chips dry, rice dry chicken sata dry, bbq spare rib dry over cooked, only thing we all ate was chicken chow main, all gone in the bin, First time ordering and last
So good .Thr noodles was perfectly cooked and the chicken ball was so good.the sauce was 5 stars.Definitely recommend coming here.
Usually enjoy salt n chillie munch box except this time it way way too much salt and they sent sweet and sour instead of curry sauce
I gas a meal from here a few weeks ago and ut was gorgeous - so! Birthday treat drove 5 miles to pick it up - was the worst Chinese Neal I gave ever gad - my son has been put off sweet and sour pork balls for life - paid £30 plus to throw in the bin!!!
Only half my order arrived so I rang to query where my food was. They then turned round to say I’m not having the other half of my order or my money back. Cut a long story short I have paid £32 for a cold salt and pepper squid. Never again!
Extremely disappointed and upset, used this Chinese a few time, this time my partner was eating her food and bit down on a metal staple! She has subsequently had to have her filling replaced. Upon contacting the restaurant we were offered a refund which never came and the person on the phone didn't seem interested apart from wanting to collect the staple from me, I'm assuming so we couldn't report it to the relevant authorities!!!! Bad food and poor customer service!!
First time ordering from Sun Do. Usually order from another local establishment . Positives: Salt & Pepper Chips were great. Chow Mein, Egg Fried Rice, Salt & Pepper Chicken and other items were decent too. Negatives: Crispy Seaweed wasn't great tasted sour. Lemon Chicken was poor - it was overcooked and burnt, looked like it had been cooked in old oil. The same with the lemon sauce which was a sort of orangey/brown colour rather than the usual faint pastel yellow, and again tasted sour. Disappointing really.
