   Well I've been a loyal customer of this place for 8 years now and have always recommended them to my friends and family BUT on 12th July I ordered my usual sweet and sour chicken balls in batter and unknown to me they were not properly cooked. To my horror and surprise I was very very ill on the Sunday morning, vomiting and diarrhea all day long, I had to be off work for three days and some two weeks later the stomach cramps have only just subsided, make no mistake this food poisoning made me seriously ill. The response from Oriental Wok was unsympathetic and no offer to even provide a replacement meal was made, we won't be going back.

   We always order from here and have been really pleased with the food and service. Unfortunately our last takeaway let us down terribly. The chips tasted re- heated, the chicken balls and chicken wings were very chewy and not at all crispy like they normally are. The spare ribs were very hard and very disappointing. But I must say the mixed meat rice was lovely, as was the mixed meat curry. The spring rolls unfortunately were very greasy and not up to the normal standards. Now I have told so many people about how lovely the food is here but I must say I’ve been really disappointed with this order, especially with the price.

   Lovely sauces always fresh and hot, always delivered on time or early.I have been using this chineese for a couple of years and never had a problem.They will remove anything you don't like,the only reason it's not a five is that there could be more veg added but that's every chineese .

   The worst chinese in eastwood avoid at all costs, ordered here for the first time for collection over the phone wasnt told that card payments had a minimum spend so i had to walk to a cash machine, food was freezing cold. The salt and pepper chips were like cardboard and no word of a lie only had 3 slices of pepper and 2 chillis,veg spring rolls were undercooked and the chicken curry tasted like it had been cooked in the same pan as fish. Avoid!!!

   I didn’t get what I ordered . I asked ( for twice ) Mussels and I got a carton of bland mushrooms . The lady taking the order has just lost the business ours . Won’t use them again . Her English was poor
