   Treated my 60 year old mother appallingly!!! Our whole family has been using this takeaway for over 20 years, but on the 15th of May, my mum made an order which she never recieved. She alternatively had to order from another takeaway as she realised her food wasn't coming as it stated 'delivered' on her account. They refuse to refund her and calling her a liar!! All because it was the weekend and she didn't put in a dispute until Monday, as she is 60!!! I went in to speak to the manager and met with absolute rudeness, refused to refund and say my mum is a liar, refuse to take evidence of her ordering from another takeaway as proof she never got original order. Whole family will never go here AGAIN. why would we kick up a fuss so much for food that they say we received!!!! Disgusting service

   The Chinese style food is always nice from here. I had never in all my years ordered an English dish from a Chinese establishment, the other day i got a sirloin steak which came with peas, gravy, onion rings and chips. Absolutely delicious and constantly craving it again!

   5 STAR CHINESE TAKEAWAY: Best takeaway in Nottingham. The food created is exceptional quality, packed full of flavours, huge range of dishes to choose from and delightfully packaged in high quality take away packaging. The cooking area is exceptionally clean and bright and in view of the customer area so you can see where and how the creations are cooked. The family run operation are very friendly and quick when preparing. Will not use any other takeaway for my Chinese delight. Patrick.

   Stated on the menu that the house special chow mein came with 2 pieces of chicken and 2 slices of pork. Meal came 25 mins late and it had prawns in it which I hate and wouldn't have ordered if I knew it had prawns.

   Happy chef ? Maybe. Happy customer?absolutely not after waiting an hour and a half for the food to be delivered it was missing 2 meals after ringing they were aware of one of the meals they forgot to deliver then a further 45 mins later it rocks up missing the other meal following a 10 min convosation on the phone where they argued calling me a lier they finally gave in then a further 45 mins later my food finally arrived over 3 hours after I placed the order shocking service..
