   I’m not too sure what all the bad reviews are about… although from previous review it said they not long ago reopened? So they could have had a revamp… but honestly the food was lovely, it’s not the best but i have moved to a new area and this is one of my local’s and its nearly as good as my other (that i do swear by btw). The food takes 10-15 min once arriving for collection. Hot and fresh. Staff are so kind. Place is clean and traditional. I will definitely be here again!!

   Took over 2 hours to deliver, kept saying it was on route and will be 10 minutes, finally showed stone cold, when I rang was told ‘don’t know why you’re talking to me I didn’t deliver it’ and ‘go talk to just eat’. £40 order inedible going straight in the bin, don’t waste your time or money.

   Ordered at 7.50.and food arrived at 10.10. Salt and chilli chicken wasn't a full portion and the prawn toast was way over cooked. We've ordered from here for years and after the last 3 deliveries taking around 2 hours, tonight was the last time. You ring up to ask where it is and get fobbed off. We didnt even have a big order. Avoid.

   Ordered at 7.20, waiting over an hour so we call up and ask where it is, order ticket was never printed by take away assistant, she told us food can be cooked up and delivered in 15 minutes. Another hour later and it’s still not arrived so we called again to be told the driver left 20 minutes ago. Driver said the food had only been in the car for 10 minutes so seemed the take away was making excuses and just forgot about our order. It’s a shame as we’ve ordered from new taste quite a lot and the delivery service has just gotten worse over time. Ended up being nearly 3 hours since we ordered until we ate. Asked if we could get partial refund and was told “she’ll get back to us on that” won’t be ordering again unfortunately

   We’ve used regularly for the past two years and unfortunately had a problem with our last three orders, the last two of which have been two and one hours late. Extremely difficult to get in touch with and yesterday (28.1.23) on my second call to chase order I the lady I spoke to laughed. Food on both of these orders was stone cold and ended up in the bin. Tried to contact New Taste after deliver last night and the call was cut off when I began to explain the problem. Extremely disappointed as have always enjoy our food before and was hoping to resolve the problem rather than complain.

   Two out of five orders haven’t arrived. Call up and you’re lucky to get an answer. When the phone does arrive it’s stone cold. Avoid at all costs. Not worth it.

   Gave up on delivery after 1 hour 20 on a Monday night.. Traffic? Honestly.. better to remove the delivery option and ensure food is collected & paid for..
