ordered from here a few times and never had a problem, despite the bad reviews. foods always good. placed an order tonight before 10pm and it was accepted for 20-30 minutes later for it to be cancelled without any reason? it says they’re closed now but says 11pm on google?
I’m not one to usually moan, but if I had seen a realistic review I wouldn’t have ordered from here. I placed the order on uber eats and they accepted straight away which was positive. I received a delivery time promptly and was pleased up until then. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes before calling the restaurant, to which they did not answer. I rang 3 separate times and got no response. The delivery time on the app was way in the distance now, so I had no other option than to drive to the shop. On my drive, my partner rang to say it had arrived- almost exactly 2 hours since the order was placed. Food was okay, service non existent and someone needs to buy themselves a watch. Sorry to moan, but it’s upsetting and I felt as though I should share.
We asked for no peas in the rice and no veg in chow mein. None of which was listened to, service was rude on collection too. Save your money
Cancelled my order after 45 minutes with no reason. If you’re too busy that’s fine just tell us, but stop any orders coming through, you’re still up taking orders now.
I dont know why the reviews are so low ordered from here for a couple of years now and never had a problem. Food is nice and service is fine.
Awful delivery service. A woman delivered my order and was very rude. I would stay away from this place. Food was lukewarm and staff and delivery drivers are very rude and lack in customer communication skills.
I would not even give this a one start the food has come out of the freezer you can tell just the way the curry is all lumped up together when I phoned them I told them to make sure the food was fresh and don't the way it use to be done they are so rude they came with my curry but no rice how is someone ment to eat a curry with out rice never again will I eat from here again this is to be one of the best places to eat from and now it gone down hill there was hair and a fly in my food I will be phoneing someone to get this place shut down dry has hell and I didn't not even put that much rice on the plate
Best chines i ever head and me and my friends use to spend 1k just on food for 5 people in top restaurants but this chines is top fresh food quality food tasty big portions (not sure why it got just 3 stars must be competition las day spend nearly 70£ and it was top quality!
Absolutely awful service and rude staff who put the phone down on us!! Ordered a takeaway which was originally an hour delivery!! This then became a two hour delivery so asked them if we could cancel as we couldn’t let out children wait that long, for them then to be extremely rude and put the phone down on us!!!! Wouldn’t use again EVER
Waited 2 hours and no food. Called them to ask and was welcomed by the rudiest person. Can’t comment on the food as it never turned up. Still waiting on a refund! Afford at all cost! Plenty of decent takeaways out there!
