Honestly useless company - I urge you not to order from this company ever ! On the times that I have ordered from them - there are always delivery issues. Before you try and use the line that it’s a third party delivery company - no that’s not the problem. The problem is your office staff that pack the order obviously can’t type in an address correctly ! It’s always the front end admin that lets you down. The delivery company isn’t given the full address details. Useless human beings unfortunately in this company. Please don’t waste your time - you will be let down and disappointed. Merry Christmas - this year without a ham !

Cracking place to get away for a long weekend. Amazing the amount of produce they offer from farm to table. From the food box in your room to the food on your plate.

We came for a birthday dinner and had the most wonderful experience. The food and service were faultless. Everything was simple and seasonal and perfectly executed. Will be back!

This is a beautiful place for a quiet few days away. Really well presented rooms with high-end fittings and a really comfortable bed. I didn't eat at the restaurant on-site but when I saw the dishes coming out I wish I had. Ingredients used are from the farm itself and wandering around the vegetable garden and poly-tunnel are a joy in itself. I love that they also use their own Dexter and Mangalica meat and the animals look very contented.

Well locations in this area is never too great, it’s a drive only location - but! Worth the travel and the effort! The setup is amazing - right in a middle of the farm, beautiful presented. Amazing amazing amazing! 10/10.

Went for a fab Sunday lunch, very reasonably priced. Food & staff were faultless. Great experience all round.

Beautiful place, aesthetically pleasing. Excellent service. All was going well until the main event, I would not consider a single thick cut pork chop with char grilled leek a main meal to be shared..weird and not a sign of a potato, was definitely expecting more. Personally I would have liked the meat cooked more, but that is subjective. Would I go back, probably, but not when I'm hungry.

Conceived in 2016 by ex- @pittcueco BBQ hero @tom_m_adams , @coombesheadfarm is the definition of a farm-to-table agro-Turismo experience. Set on 66 acres of fertile Cornish land, everything served here at the farm in their fantastic restaurant is grown and reared on site, with the highlight being their crew of Mangalitsa and Middle White pigs reared on a diet of local high-quality vegetables, fruit and leftover sourdough. Pork is the game here and man they do it good. We stayed in their new rooms, cosy converted barn suites, each with its own bathtub and ours a special one, with a view of the famous Coombshead bakery which quietly springs into action at 5am each morning and by the time you awake and step out of your door, all you can smell is fresh, steaming loaves of sourdough. Those Steaming Loaves make the start of all meals at Coombeshead and we were careful not to fill ourselves up because the food is truly brilliant. Breakfast is made up of their bread, a home made sausage or bacon from their pigs, we had ours with some confit leeks and then locally sourced yoghurt, home made granola and honey from their hives. That'll get you going. Dinner is served in their restaurant, a casual affair of 3-5 courses depending on which night you stay. We had beef pie with a proper suet crust on our first night and an incredible middle white t-bone pork chop on our second, both INCREDIBLE. You come away from a stay at Coombshead Farm feeling inspired but also proud of what fantastic quality products the UK agriculture community can produce and thankful that places like Coombshead exist to showcase them.

Enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch with two friends. Food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the sourdough and salted butter and the melt in the mouth beef and tomato pie! Lovely staff and a good wine list.

Really gorgeous place, beautifully converted barns which have been well done and designed. Such a quiet and tranquil spot in the Cornish countryside. Facilities were of high quality and the sweet treat and gin they left in the room was a nice touch. All the staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We found breakfast disappointing, there was no menu or buffet-style, it was kind of a get what you’re given style. The food was clearly good quality but not what we would choose. We liked how all the produce was extremely fresh though, the breakfast staff were very attentive too. A very pleasant and relaxed stay overall.
