Me and my partner come here most mornings before work and the service is always amazing - every staff member we’ve encountered has been lovely and friendly. I can’t remember the one staff member’s name, I think it’s Sam but I could be wrong! She’s really pleasant. Best service from a costa we’ve had :)
Long overdue praise for Leslie, I have had the pleasure of being served by this lady many times, I only ever use the drive through but her personality shines through her voice alone. Have spoken a few times through the window and she is always bubbly, polite and you drive away feeling that your custom was welcomed. She tries her hardest in the nicest possible way to get me to have a pastry or cake and one day I might just be persuaded. Costa this woman should be in charge of training she is the embodiment of customer service, and if you read this Leslie well done for showing how customer service should be delivered...
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Lesley the assistant manager at Costa Reedswood Walsall, and I can confidently say her customer service is exceptional! From the moment she served me Leslie made me feel like more than just another customer. She took the time to listen to my preferences, engage in friendly conversation, and made me feel truly valued. It's clear that Leslie is passionate about her work, and her genuine care for each person that walks through the door shines through. She has a rare ability to make you feel like you're the most important person in the room, and that's a quality that’s hard to come by. Her warm, attentive, and personalized service is truly unmatched—she's a real asset to Costa. If you're lucky enough to be served by Leslie, you're in for a delightful experience!
Really disappointed. Feel cheated. Came in for the breakfast deal. £6.49 for coffee and breakfast bap x 2. Then asked for 2 cakes which were on offer in the app as 2 for £4. Got charged £20.68! Apparently using an app offer cancels the breakfast deal!!! Overcharged £3.70. If had bought separately then I would have got both deals. Crazy system. Assistant could have pointed this out and it would have been good customer service.
Cannot fault Costa coffee at all service was excellent staff very friendly and helpful great place for a drink and snack.
Food was not as good as normal no toast and no tea cakes they had ordered them but none turned up. No atmosphere as we were the only ones in there.
Great experience on my first visit to this recently opened site. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Fast and efficient service, too. Drinks and food were spot on, all piping hot and done exactly to my specific request. Plenty of seating available, and the tables were all clean and ready for guests. It's definitely up there as one of the better Costa sites I've been to, and I shall return.
Parking on site no fee to pay for parking, drive through facility available. located within the reeswood retail park. Staff seem pleasant enough,been on site twice now. Premises are fairly large , they have facilities to rinse your own reusable mug. Wheelchair accessible too.
Went through the drive thru &wasnt too happy as we only received half a cup of hot chocolate! However, we went inside &the workers were happy to remake our drinks and even gave us a free slice of cake for the inconvenience! Thanks Jonathan & Jas you were both so lovely! :)
