Asked to use the toilet and was told no unless we bought something, we said we understood but it was for a toddler that is potty training and was told no and told to use the public toilets across the park. Wouldβve been happy to buy something if she hadnβt been so rude about it.

Terrible person in charge very rude and the other member of staff no better. I asked if we can pay by cash and got told βNOβ I a rude manner ( I could last week) the kids had there own pocket money and wanted a ice cream and I only had cash so the all went off crying. Love the park but will never use or recommend the cafe again. I had to give a star to share this but if I could it would be minus.

The place was empty apart from one customer waiting for their order, got served straight away. I moved ti the table area to wait for my order. It started to fill up very quickly, long queue. Anyway customer before me recieved their order and left. After a 15 minute wait a kitchen staff came out with my order. As I approached her she said it wasn't my order. She then tried to give it to my friend who hadn't ordered anything. I told her this but she refused to acknowledge me asking till staff who was next. I was the only one waiting after I'd paid. She told me it wasn't mine, which it clearly was and continued to give it to my friend. Then she told me to wait while she started talking to another customer. The food was placed on a table in front of my friend but she had the wooden fork and sauces in her hand which she had raised up. I don't know what that was about but by this time I was getting fed up with her sheer ignorance so I picked up my order, took the sauces from her explaining that I just want my order so I can leave and then she can continue with her conversation. I've never known anything like it and I definitely won't be going back

Based on the information here we drove over for lunch. Turns out they close at 2.30 on Tuesdays and Thursday in the winter months - and by 2.00 theyβd stopped serving hot food. The clean up had started and theyβd mopped and closed the back room, leaving two tables in the entrance which were already taken. A kind lady let us share her table. The food came and a little old lady came out of the kitchen with three black bags of waste and dropped them besides our table. We mentioned the incorrect info on the website and she posted to a sign on the wall with the correct times, which of course youβd only see when you turned up. And that was wrong also - said they were open until 3.30. I particularly liked the menu info - βAll Day Brunchβ - served until 12.00pm! We ate quickly and left, the lady with the black bags following us out to throw them in the bins. A big disappointment and wonβt be back. We had a snack and tea each - Β£13. Canβt see them surviving.

Such a nice little cafe, unfortunately let down by the staff. We go regularly, usually in the afternoon. The older member of staff starts packing everything away and cleaning around you way before the place is due to close. Everything is brought inside including the signs with the opening hours, so the place looks closed and nobody else comes in, it really is quite annoying. I get the impression they all want to clock off early!

Bit disappointed...Don't go anywhere near chicken nuggets!! All coating no filling!! Jacket potato best bet. Breakfast bap, egg solid, coffee machine broken, chips ok. Couldn't sit inside as there was awful smell but in fairness staff sorted it quickly. Staff pleasant and supervisor very good at sorting issues

Nice and clean, sells hot and cold drinks and food cooked to order. Well priced and accessible by wheelchair and has disabled toilet for use of customers. Also had a baby changing area too.

Lovely little tearoom. The staff are always extremely pleasant. Have only had soft drinks, and ice cream with my grandson as yet, but on our next visit we're having a meal. It's great to have such a nice place to eat when you've been walking for a while.
