   COLD CHIPS........ BURNT BREAD........ WEIRD TASTING TIKKA MASALA..... RUBBERY ROTI..... THIS PLACE WAS IN MY TOP THREE WORST EVER EVER CURRYS FACT. I have to say the food was very very disappointing in my honest opinion the chefs should go and eat some food at the red lion west brom or the coverd wagon or Jack's bar or the vine west brom etc etc etc......then maybe they would understand why the food they serve is not fit for purpose........

   Stopped by for a quick drink and was pleasantly surprised. The community atmosphere, with people playing bridge together, gave the place a very wholesome feel. The staff were fantastic, and one of the chefs even greeted us, despite us not eating. Enjoyed watching plenty of live sports, including the unexpected treat of test cricket. We will definitely be back to try the mixed grill!

   Love it in the engine, fantastic food for a great price. The atmosphere was lovely and staff and regulars are so welcoming. It was my little brothers birthday and they were so nice to him.

   If you want a half decent pint this is the place. It's an old timers pub and so is the feel and atmosphere. Don't get me wrong it's clean and no trouble but nothing that shouts out I want to come again. FOOD is ok nothing to rave about just ok, good size dishes.
