Great place and the staff are so friendly and accommodating, also they allow and love well behaved dogs which really set the atmosphere off. 10/10
Our first visit to the Cross Keys and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was fantastic. Plenty of choice at very reasonable prices. We will definitely be returning
The Cross Keys is a real gem of a pub in Willenhall, and it’s only got better since coming under new management. You can tell a lot of effort has gone into making it a welcoming, well-run, and enjoyable place to visit. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with a real community feel that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The food is excellent – proper pub classics with big portions, cooked well, and served at great value for money. From hearty mains to smaller plates for sharing, everything comes out fresh and tasty. It’s a pub that takes its food seriously, and it shows. The staff are brilliant – friendly, approachable, and always ready to go the extra mile. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. There’s always plenty going on too. Live sports are shown on multiple screens, the beer garden is a great spot in the warmer months, and inside is clean, comfortable, and full of character. Overall, The Cross Keys is everything you’d want from a great local pub – fantastic food, top service, a brilliant atmosphere, and plenty of entertainment. Under the new management, it really feels like it’s gone from strength to strength, and it’s well worth a visit whether you’re a regular in the area or just passing through.

I went into the cross keys for some food with my family. All staff are very welcoming and are lovely to have a chat with. The environment and atmosphere is brilliant. We had five small plates and a couple of sides which all came out in a timely manner and was fresh and hot.
Good pub and great choice of drinks and plenty of screens for sports.

Held a baby shower at Cross Keys, food supplied was absolutely amazing, it was so nice not having to worry cooking, mixture of hot and cold food absolutely fantastic, friendly atmosphere, well worth the value.

Lovely approachable staff all round. Very good memory of custom, as I've only been there three times yet they remembered exactly who I was and remembered what I'd ordered. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating to parents who are visiting with disabled buggys. I have had a lovely comfortable experience everytime and they really interact well with their customers. Food and drink was exactly what you'd expect from a pub, therefore if you're starving for some good pub food, they definitely deliver on that.
