This pub is now permanently closed and is advertised as permanently closed on the Official JD Wetherspoons website as of Sunday 16th April 2023. This Pub is up for sale. Here are some photos i had taken earlier today (22nd April 2023) as proof that this pub is now permanently closed.
The staff are brilliant couldn't help us enough. The food was OK the only thing I didn't like if you buy the classic steak you only get chips ant the steak no peas or anything else
Cheap and cheerful. If you want a quick bite to eat and a good price. Look no further. In and out within less than an hour. I was very satisfied!
When we entered the malthouse I was pleasently surprised how spacious it was plenty of good seating arrangements the service was very friendly and welcoming the place was kept in very good condition. Although we didn't have anything to eat, what we saw being served certainly would tempt us to give it a try next time we're in Willenhall
Food was really nice and staff are excellent. Will be a shame if wetherspoons go through with the decision to shut it down.
Absolutely APPALLING, best thing was 99p ale and the lavatory. Staff need to cheer up, I know its covid however people are still speeding their hard earned money. I also brought 2 battered prawns and a 11inch bbq pizza. The prawns were luke warm and no sweet chilli sauce my bbq pizza was cold had skin from the onion still on top and no rocket as specified on the menu. However one staff member Megan saved the day, so polite, kind and offered alternatives to our queries. If the whole work force were like meagan it would have been a pleasure however the experience together with the staffs attitudes I would not recommend nor return to this establishment.
Pretty standard Witherspoon, except for the beet garden and covered smoking area at the back, and some of the staff that are pretty amazing such as one of the managers that's been there 26 years and the 'Try our Lager' wee model ;) the locals are all pretty friendly and the place runs like a well oiled engine.
An okay Wetherspoons with friendly staff, but can be a wait with one serving. Jacket potato with salad reasonable, but chilli mixed in with the salad leaves
Have come in for a cheeky breakfast after leaving the motor at JB Autos. Service with a smile, clean and tidy, made welcome on arrival, ordering and once the meal had been served. Good breakfast, with tasty all cooked items, yokes on eggs just right :). Will use again when coming back.
