Great busy environment this afternoon, staff was working hard, food came out within the wait time we was told at the bar. the staff were friendly and if we needed anything would come straight over. food was nice and hot and just what you expect from greeneking.
8 of us went last night. 4 steak meals 3 mixed grill meals and a vegetarian meal.All the meals apart from vegetarian were cold. The one steak was still frozen inside. The meat on mixed grills wasn,t cooked properly. We have been going here for years and it's the worst food have ever had. There was only another couple in so no excuse. They complained about their food aswell. When I complained the waiter just said sorry n that was it. No offer of anything like free pudding or refund even if only half. Worst experience ever there totally disappointed and won,t be returning.
From we sat down Aidan has been so accommodating. When my drink came to me in error, Aiden quickly changed it. He has been very pleasant, kind and attentive nothing was too much to ask. We will definitely be returning again.
Best steak and ale pie I have ever had, staff popped round multiple times to check that everything was satisfactory. Very polite and friendly atmosphere. Keep up the good work! The pies are massive too for only 2 for £12!!
Over 2 days I took 20 residents from our care home (The Firs) and the food, service atmosphere was deffinately 5*. Our residents love going to the Bramford as they are always well looked after and they have the odd sing along. We will be back again soon Thankyou for looking after us Tracey Activity coordinator

I’m always down for food in this pub..I think food it’s always good,but today it wasn’t the best..this young girl with long black hair, not tied,that was on shift around 11:30 am today was shocking..very rude and arrogant..she asked the table next to us if food was okay but not us! Is it discrimination? I ordered steak and have to say that the steak was over cooked to the point it was dry, burnt and sliced,the veggies were burnt too. Never had it like this before..worried if it was some left over!
4 stars for food. 2 stars for whoever this young lady with long black hair is. (Never got her name) I had never seen her smile. She's not welcoming, and it kind of seems like she's experiencing PMS 24/7. She would make great funeral director.
Booked Christmas Lunch for today. Organisation was excellent. All three courses were plentiful and delicious. All staff were very pleasant, helpful and had working. Well worth the money. Will definitely return. Many thanks to all.
We've been going to the Bramford Arms for over 12 years and the food has always been excellent. I was surprised when we went today and the restaurant was very quiet. Sadly, the food was poor, I wouldn't serve that standard to anyone. Seems to be no passion in the kitchen anymore. People vote with their feet, I won't be rushing back until it improves a lot, like the rest of the missing customers. Hope it gets better soon.
