Great food and very good place to come and watch football. Great venue for pool and darts. Put on some very entertaining events that anyone can enjoy. Staff are all very welcoming and offer great service.

Canβt comment on the food but I will absolutely comment on the customer service. Appalling, we walked in at 7.25pm to be instantly approached and told βkids food finished at 7β who said we wanted kids food? We had our six year old son with us but heβd already eaten. I then replied what about adults food? To get a reply βkids have to be out by 8 so no pointβ How rude, not even hello, sorry, thankyouβ¦. Nothing! I wouldnβt mind but it was absolutely dead in there and youβve just lost yourself business and future business from us! Work on your customer service and happy face as youβre running a public house. Anyway we are on the way to the Elizabeth Arms (who allow children in) same chain as yourselves also!

We reserved a table for a large group for our sonβs birthday as he loves to play darts! Service was quick and excellent and all meals came out together and piping hot. Fantastic service from the barmaid - I think her name was Chloe, and the barman in a rather distinct flowery shirt! Thank you.

This is a very pleasant pub from top to bottom. Food was very nice, and delivered fairly promptly. One member of our party had a slight issue that was rectified immediately. Our group was in Wolverhampton for the Grand Slam of Darts this year, and had the privilege of visiting The Cleveland Arms multiple times and every time we were served well and quickly even in this very busy time for most pubs in the area. They also have 2 boards available for use as well. Finally, a special mention to the owner, who was extremely welcoming and really brought the place to life. On the whole, a very spacious and welcoming place that I would recommend anyone in the area visit.

Fairly quiet night on a Thursday. Great for the sports and footy on a massive amount of screens. Food. Not great. Boneless chicken for 2 is 5 pieces of chicken. For the money expected more and an even number! To share. Double burger was ordered without salad and arrived with no bacon or cheese. It was brought out after but the burgers were cremated and dry. Not great really. On a quiet Thursday night I'd have thought better of it.

Lovely place with the most helpful, polite staff. The food was fantastic, best pub food I've ate in a long time. Fish and chips was a favourite. Reasonably priced. Clean, quiet and spacious. If you're looking for a place to eat, I'd highly recommend it.

Waited 40 mins for starters despite it being quiet in restaurant. Ordered cheesy garlic but only received a sprinkle of cheese on the garlic bread. No steak available, sizzling chicken only one available despite being a new advertised menu item. When the server was told about the bread he made no apology but threw his hand out to take the food back. Went up to order pudding around 8:00pm and was informed that the kitchen would probably say no to cooking anything and then told the pudding wanted was unavailable. There was one host who made us feel welcome and had a joke with us but apart from that not a very enjoyable visit. First time family visit here and wanted a nice local pub/restaurant but unfortunately wonβt be returning.
