Had a great night for my wife’s surprise birthday party. Great venue brilliant staff who was always on hand to answer any questions and help in any way
We had a room booked for our engagement party. I then went to the expense of purchasing invitations and decorations for this. We called 9 times asking to go and pay our deposit. On the final call we were then told that our booking had been cancelled due to a Country and Western event happening every Sunday evening and that the room was being left in a mess by other people. I understand that this is a problem to the Club. However, we had a gender reveal in August 2022 afterwards we cleaned the whole room, wiped down tables and hoovered etc. And to be perfectly honest the room was cleaner when we left than before we arrived (for example, when we were cleaning we were picking up confetti from other parties). This whole thing has been dealt with so poorly and everytime we have asked to speak to the manager we are being told that the manager isn't there. So the bar staff are also having to deal with these issues which in my eyes are the managers job. Very unprofessional.

Great club with friendly staff who welcomed everyone like old friends for our dear friend's wake. A great send off and memorable afternoon with lasting memories, made even better by the great team the Emerald has working there.

World class irish bar. Love the cheese and onion cobs as they are a great snack whilst having a pint.
Went to see Bob Brolly perform first time visit.food was lovely even though we had to wait quite a while. I think seating needs rearranging chairs to close together when people want to get up for drinks and going to the toilets

Friendly, welcoming place. Traditional Irish music nights are always good fun! Very reasonable prices and friendly bar staff. Large function room available to hire, ideal for the many family parties I have enjoyed over the years! Sky Sports with a large screen in the Bar.
